• Full and transparent exchange of information between MediTravel and Medical Service Provider and the prospective patient with no obligation on the part of the prospective patient to make a booking.
• All administrative details and arrangements will be handled by MediTravel.
• Planning and co-ordination of medical tests, specialist appointments and hospital admission
• Collection and forwarding of any necessary and relevant pre-admission patient medical information to the hospital.
• All planning and booking of travel and accommodation services (excluding air travel) will be handled by MediTravel. This will cover fast-track passport, immigration and customs clearance upon arrival in Malaysia, all transfers between the airport and the hotel and between the hotel and the hospital and all concierge services

When it comes to orthopedic care, Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre (KLSMC) is a one-stop center providing specialist orthopedic care with a focus on sports related injuries. KLSMC’s services and facilities include a sports clinic, sports imaging center, orthopedic surgery, physiotherapy, roof top hydrotherapy pool and new exclusive single-bed wards.

KLSMC’s sports imaging center offers Radiography and MRI services such as Digital Radiography (for full length standing spine views and lower limb X-rays) and Open MRI (for detailed musculo-skeletal imaging). The imaging centre is also equipped with a web-enabled Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS). All studies are archived and can be transmitted to other parts of the world for further opinions and remote reporting.
