What is Obesity?

Obesity occurs as a result of food in quantity or quality than the needs of the individual, the person eats more calories than may burn, and these are stored in the body as fat. The BMI is the relationship between weight and height of a person. When the BMI is between 30 and 35 the person is overweight. Between 35 and 40 Obesity is serious and above 40 is considered morbidly obese or supergrave.
