Treatments and Procedures

Face Lift

Asia Cosmetic Hospital can help you to revitalize your face back into younger and fairer looking. Face lift surgery takes around two to four hours depending on the technique used. Facelift is performed under either on a local anesthesia with mild sedatives or under general anesthesia. Face lift procedures: total face lift, mini face lift, forehead lift, brow lift, neck lift.

Forehead lift

This procedure is used to correct drooping of the forehead skin, eyebrows, and upper eyelids. Based in variations in how women and men age, and on fresh innovations in medical technology, different approaches are used to carry out this procedure.

There are two kinds of techniques available for this kind of surgery. They include endoscopic forehead lift (brow lift) and the classic brow lift, the difference between them being the size of the incision (only five short scalp incisions are needed for the endoscopic procedure, compared to an incision made starting at the ear level, up to the top of the forehead extending to the other ear for the classic procedure).

Eyebrow lift

The eyebrow lift can be done together with blepharoplasty and or any other procedures. The incisions are placed in the hairline and the main process of eyebrow lift involves removing excess skin which lifts the outer corners of the forehead. Patients with drooping ends of eyebrow are the prospect for this procedure, which usually takes 20-30 minutes.

Temporal Lift

This procedure can be combined with forehead lift, and eyebrow lift. The surgeon makes a small incision in the hair above the ear thus making it hidden and not visible and the procedure usually takes is about 1 hour depending upon the extent of surgery. Temporal lift focuses on the aging around the eye.

Neck Lift

During the neck lift procedure the excess skin is removed and the muscles in the neck are tightened. The incision will be done behind the ears and under the patients chin. Neck lift surgery is a complicated procedure but Asia Cosmetic Hospital can assure you that you get the best results. The procedure normally takes 1- 2 hours average.

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation or enlargement is one of the most common plastic surgery in order to enlarge breast size and fix the breast shape by placing the breast implant under the breast tissue and over the chest muscle or under both the chest muscle and the breast tissue, depending on personally suitable position.

In breast enlargement there are 3 types of incisions:

1. Transaxiilary Incision - The incision in transaxillary or axillary augmentation is made through the armpit or in the axilla.
2. Periareolar Incision - The incision in periareolar augmentation is made around the areola or the darker area around the nipple.
3. Inframammary Incision - The incision in inframammary augmentation is made on the lower portion of the breast and slightly above in where the breast and the chest meet.

Mastectomy

Mastectomy is a procedure which implies the removal of the breast/s. The procedure might take 2-3.5 hours and the patient will be hooked with monitoring machines. General anesthesia will be used. The breast tissues will be incised and removed and the surgeon will close the skin opening with sutures or staples. A drain usually will be attached to facilitate draining of body fluids.

Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)

Nose surgery can be of several types: revision, reduction or augmentation depending on what the patient needs. During this procedure the nose is reshaped to fit the overall facial characteristics of the patient.

Sex Change Surgery (Sex Reassignment)

Sex change is a surgical procedure that altered or changes the resemblance of a person to other sex or gender. The procedure for male to female surgery or female to male surgery will be applied to the sexual organs from outside to inside. To be a candidate for this procedure patients must be healthy, pass the mental examination, receive the doctor's approval, be at least 20 years old or receive parents' approval and take female hormones for at least a year (for male to female sex change surgery).

Liposuction (Vaser)

Liposuction, lipoplasty or fat modeling is a surgical procedure that removes excess fats from a certain part of the body. The most common body parts that liposuction can be performed are in the abdomen, upper arms, thighs, neck, and cheeks. The time for the procedure depends on how much fat is being removed and can take from 30 minutes to 5 hours.

Vaser liposuction is a minimally-invasive fat removal, body-contouring technique. The difference from traditional liposuction consists in the fact that vaser liposuction also gives the patient the body sculpting experience he/she could not achieve through exercising or dieting . Vaser stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance, which means that during this procedure ultrasound technology will be used to crash down fat cells which are then removed from the body through a suction process.

Tummy Tuck

Mini Tummy Tuck or Total Abdominoplasty is a cosmetic surgical process which eliminates excess fat and skin in the abdomen making it firmer. In addition to that, the surgeon will also restore a weakened abdominal muscle by suturing them back together. The main goal of this surgery is to repair a sagging skin of the mid-section after a sudden weight loss.

I arrived here in Bangkok on October 20,2014 and three girls picked me up from the airport. They were very friendly and they looked for my accommodation. At 12 o'clock I arrived at Asia Clinic, after accommodation, and at 1 p.m. the operation started. They asked me what model I wanted and after the surgery they accompanied me to my hotel room.

The operation went great, the staff was very friendly the accommodation great. The hospitalis very clean and neat. I recommend this hospital to all my friends in Philippines. The service is very good and I will come back here soon.
