1. AUTOLOGOUS THERAPY?

• ADIPOSE stem cells are obtained from the subcutaneous fat of the abdomen by MINI-LIPOSUCTION. The BONE MARROW stem cells are obtained by Bone Marrow Puncture and aspiration of the bone marrow blood and then harvesting the stem cells from that aspirate. These are done under local anesthesia and are minimally invasive. PRP is obtained from 20 cc of arm venous blood. 

2. HOMOLOGOUS THERAPY

• Proprietary stem cells and growth factors from obtained from registered institutions that are registered with the FDA and the American Association of Tissue Banks. (AATB). The center uses umbilical cord blood (from Wharton's jelly) and amniotic fluid (from the amniotic membrane) which are non-invasive and are considered to be more potent and universally accepted by the body.

Medical Team

Dr. Lambert R. Abeyatunge

Sri Lankan by birth and an American citizen, Dr. Lambert R. Abeyatunge has graduated from the University of Sri Lanka as a doctor in 1965. Having done a one-year internship, he then went on to work and study in England, trying to become a General Surgeon. In 1969, he was admitted to the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS). Having finished that, he moved on to the United States mid 1969. He spent 4 years as an intern and resident at the Coney Island and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. In 1975 he finished the residency program and moved on to establish a private practice in the Upstate New York. Working there until 1988, he then moved on to Palm Springs for another stint at a private practice and, after 10 years, moved on to Las Vegas, where he still has his private practice today. He is also certified by the German Association of Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Lambert Abeyatunge has had the good fortune of meeting and learning from great teachers throughout his life. Some of them include Rev. Dalai Lama, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and Sathya Sai Baba. These persons have had a great influence on Dr. Lambert and taught him the lessons that he applies to this day.
