The Smoking Cessation wellness Retreats, is an all inclusive 7-day wellness spa retreat, designed by Yvonne Testa, Credentialed Addiction Specialist, long standing member of the American Lung Association and Certified with LA Department of Health and Hospitals, Tobacco Control Program. 

After years of dealing with people suffering from alcohol, nicotine and drug addiction, our Program Director, Yvonne Testa realized that smokers need to have a more personalized treatment options available to them and created Smoking Cessation Wellness Retreats. Also a Master Reiki Practitioner, she includes Reiki Healing Sessions in the anti-addiction program as a modality of treatment to help relieve patients from the cravings' tension and stress without the need for medication.

Our smoking cessation program includes:

• 7-day all inclusive quit smoking program
• Private accommodation
• Shuttle transportation/ coordination
• Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment and Evaluation
• Prep-packages and educational materials before starting the program
• Introductory Smoking Cessation Education Classes
• Daily on-going Education Classes to prepare the patient for "Quit Day" on the 3rd Day of the Wellness Retreat
• On-going individual and group sessions
• Counseling staff available 24/7
• Yoga, Dance Aerobics with daily adventure ​are scheduled during the high peak craving periods (after meals, post-activities, etc.)
• Reiki Energy Healing Sessions will be scheduled for those times when cravings are strongest, creating a smooth transition in meeting your goals for a smoke-free lifestyle​.
• Evening meditation
• Breakfast and Dinner with delicious health-minded meals served table side with wonderful gourmet selections
• Kayaking, Canoeing and Tubing and Fishing plus many on-site sports activities with Tennis Courts, lap pools and Gym with state of the art fitness equipment
• Three Mineral Pools for swimming, water aerobics or poolside relaxation
