The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. This review was long overdue, but I finally got a chance to write it. We underwent total knee replacement surgery for my mother in the year 2021 for her left knee and in 2023 for her right knee. He performed the first surgery in September 2021 and the second one in May 2023. The outcome of the surgery was truly impressive, significantly improving my mom's quality of life. We were left wondering why we didn't go to Dr. Billy earlier. He consistently followed up with me during the hospital stay, recovery period, and at every follow-up consultation my mom attended. I am an American living in Seoul. I had shoulder surgery and follow up physical therapy at Nanoori from Feb - Jun 2015. The medical care is fast and efficient.
