I had surgery yesterday and was so impressed with everything! The hospital was immaculate, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Dr mangino was so great! He is the first doctor I have talked to in years that didn't rush me out of the office within minutes of meeting him. He took the time to discuss my ailments, the procedure, and the recovery. He eased my worries and made me at ease the whole way thru. I wish our Canadian doctors and health care system was this efficient and competent. We should all aspire to be as excellent as Dr mangino and the hospital H staff in San Jose del cabo mx.

I had a high ankle sprain with a broken fibula and significant ligament damage and needed surgery. A friend suggested Dr Ramirez in Mexico. I was delighted to find him willing to get me in for a consult and surgery fast. Dr. Ramirez used a world class surgical technique and did an outstanding job. Moreover, the pain management was better then I ever expected and he only prescribed non addictive medications. Finally, he helped me find a great place to stay for a few weeks after the surgery, with nursing care, and even coordinated all my transportation. If I could give 6 stars I would! :-)

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on the 8th of July, 2017. From being met at the airport to the return trip, everything was superb! Marion, my driver was so sweet! He took us to see a village with three castles! Martin, a member of staff who was in charge of seeing that patients get where they are supposed to be and SO much more, was welcoming, friendly and did everything and more to make sure I was taken care of. Martyna was very kind and couldn't do enough to make everything more than okay for me. Their English is excellent which was very helpful. The nurses were lovely, friendly and helpful, too. The cardiologist was brilliant. An intelligent, beautiful lady that exuded intelligence and kindness. She was always there if needed. The surgeon was informative and put me at ease. He checked on me many times after the surgery. Philip is on the admin side of the clinic and answered all of my emails pre- and post-op so quickly and came and introduced himself to us before we left hospital. I can't fault this clinic. I was told aftercare is not limited to three or five years, they are available to us as long as we need them. I suppose the one thing I might suggest is go in cooler weather, July was HOT and no air conditioning!!
