The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.

This review was long overdue, but I finally got a chance to write it. We underwent total knee replacement surgery for my mother in the year 2021 for her left knee and in 2023 for her right knee.
