terrible,, they said they would pick me up at the airport but didn't,,I had to get a taxi to the hotel for 600 peso,, they said they would pick me up at the hotel every day and bring me to the clinic but when I got to the hotel they told me to get the hotel shuttle but hotel had no shuttle so I had to get a taxi back and forth to the clinic in Tijuana,, then when the time came to leave I had to get a taxi to the airport,, they didn't do anything they said they would and never reimburse me for any taxi fares,,,

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

Not ready a class of patients

It was a very positive experience dealing with this company when it looked like my wife and I had to seek medical treatment abroad. Fortunately, my wife got fast-tracked and there was no need to travel abroad . I highly recommend contacting this company should you need to seek medical help outside your own country. I know them through the case of a very close relative whom I have accompanied in different appointments/treatments. I can only say that my family member has improved a lot with the treatments applied, to date we only do regular check-ups. The treatment by the medical team has been great and the side effects of the treatment have been very few. I would recommend that people who have an oncological problem at least arrange a visit and give you their opinion.

The fact that I can receive the service without a queue, convinced. There was no congestion on arrival at the clinic after normal business hours. It took about 5 minutes from arrival to the consultation. Admission in principle as a hotel, allowing to understand the difference between the concepts of "patient" and "customer".
