This has been so hard & so frustrating trying to get help finding out prices for procedures to speak to someone by phone video chats never happened no phone call came through to me for a video chat it has been like talking to a robot I am fed up will go to another hospital to have my surgery done to communicate with you is impossible all that has happened is me repeating your application form over & over I am very annoyed and frustrated about it all

The doctor also explained everything in detail what effect would be after the procedures and answered all my questions.
