I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

The atmosphere in the polyclinic is relaxing and pleasant and the nurse is always smiling and cheerful.. Experience and service 10/10.

It was a very positive experience dealing with this company when it looked like my wife and I had to seek medical treatment abroad. Fortunately, my wife got fast-tracked and there was no need to travel abroad . I highly recommend contacting this company should you need to seek medical help outside your own country. Absolute perfection. The Vair SPA is super top, as are all the restaurants, the experiences, all the activities, the rooms, the village, the architecture, the service, the warm welcome... A dream. A national pride in the international world.

The fact that I can receive the service without a queue, convinced. There was no congestion on arrival at the clinic after normal business hours. It took about 5 minutes from arrival to the consultation. Admission in principle as a hotel, allowing to understand the difference between the concepts of "patient" and "customer".
