I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I attended here for Hair Transplants. My liaison contact was Burak Yildirim, international manager for the hospital. He was outstanding and so professional. Everything was arranged perfectly and communication was quick and comprehensive. On day of procedure, I was impressed with the hospital and all staff. Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

The fact that I can receive the service without a queue, convinced. There was no congestion on arrival at the clinic after normal business hours. It took about 5 minutes from arrival to the consultation. Admission in principle as a hotel, allowing to understand the difference between the concepts of "patient" and "customer".

My eyesight odyssey began in my childhood and I learned to cope with yearly visits to the eye doctors and glasses that helped but didn't quite fix the issues. No more blended edges, no more blurred lines; Dr Tostado contacted me very day to find out how I was doing. He had explained every detail of my treatment and how the results would evolve. He was right on target with every step. I'm hoping that anyone who comes across my post going through fading eyesight will contact Dr Tostado who is able to deliver on every promise.
