"I was apprehensive about the experience and had agreed to turn around and get back into the taxi if it was not what I had expected. On arrival I was surprised to see how big the hospital was then also surprised to see how efficient the staff are from start through to finish. I was kept well-informed all the way which made me feel comfortable. I was not persuaded or coaxed into any decision.

All information was given to me and I was able to make an informed decision. The patient care was really good and reassuring with nurses checking on you all the time to ensure your comfort. The procedure itself was very professional with very little incision. The facility is the same as in western countries. Overall I would recommend anyone to Yanhee as my experience has only been positive. Thank you to hospital staff who gave me what I wanted."
