World Medical Tourism Global Health Congress 2011

In its 4th year, the theme of this year's Congress is "Year of the Patient in Emerging Markets." Year of the Patient in Emerging Markets will focus on some of the upcoming largest growth areas of Medical Tourism in Russia, CIS Countries, China and the Middle East and GCC region. The conference will have a heavy focus on attracting buyers of healthcare from these emerging regions and a specific track on these emerging regions.

This year the conference will have partial integration with the Employer Healthcare Congress, which is one of the largest US health insurance and healthcare conferences in the country that is made up of 4 conferences: the Self Funding Employer Healthcare and Workers Compensation Conference, the National Healthcare Reform Conference, the National Voluntary Benefits & Limited Medical Conference and the National Healthcare Reform Conference.

Attendees of the World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress will be able to share networking sessions, cocktail receptions and other special events with the attendees of the Employer Healthcare Congress.  This means potentially over 1,000 insurance companies, employers, insurance agents, and insurance companies.

Fantastic News! The Medical Tourism Association (MTA), organizers of the 4th Annual World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress, has announced an additional day to the congress in recognition of all MTA Members.  

The MTA ONE DAY SEMINAR is set for Wednesday, October 25, 2011 and has an agenda already in the works. The Seminar is split into educational sessions that includes a welcome inaugural reception to the 4th Annual Congress at the Marriott Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. We appreciate our members and we recognize the importance of creating member networking and specialized education while implementing our three tenets: Transparency in Quality and Pricing, Communication and Education.
