The 32^nd Nursing and Medicare Summit will be held on October 26-28, 2017, in Paris, France. Themed “Exploring the latest innovations in Nursing and Healthcare”, this nursing conference aims to discover advances in health practice, management and education in relation to health disparities as well as a breadth of other topics. According to the reports, total health care spending of France is 9.7% of GDP according to 2014 and estimated to increase of 10.5% by 2017. Health care expenditure of Europe is $152.2 billion and expected to increase to $180.8 billion by 2018. While this is good news, it also leaves a lot of questions and issues to be discussed, especially in the nursing and Medicare fields.
