This procedure involves 6 short incisions behind your hairline and endoscopic will be placed (camera) to see under your skin without making a long incision.
Subcutaneous forehead lifts:
In this procedure your surgeon will make an incision across the top of your forehead where your hairline begins. The excess skin is removed and your hairline will not be moved any higher.
Usually the surgery will take upto 90 minutes it can be performed under sedatation or under general anesthesia bandages will be removed in 3 days and stitches will be removed in 10 days

Beginig with birth the nose organ is open to many traumas.At birth or after accidents the nose is open to many traumas this will decrease the development of the nose. nowadays many people want to look good. it is important that a nose will function well aswell as looking good, because inside the nose we have hairs this helps us to filter the air also to help us warm up the air. these type of operations are called septo- rhinoplasti. the patient will see a planned after surgery results which will be done on a programme this will help the patient to have an idea of an after result. usually all surgeries are taken under general anesthisia the surgery last for 1-2 hours. a tampon is placed inside the nostrils after 4 days the tampons will be taken. A splint will be placed under a bandage after a week later the bandage will be taken a small plaster will be placed this will also stay on for a week. usually after surgery ice will be placed on the nose to help the soreness, swelling go down. nose surgeries dont bleed and you wont have any pain after surgery.

EYE LASIK

PURPOSE OF THE INTERVETION: Thanks the Lasik-Method it is possible for to correct for example myopia up to nearly -10.0 diopters. The healing process is very short and generally free of pain. The success of the treatment is mostly observed already at the day of the intervention in a very highly positive manner.
SYMPTOMS: Objects faraway appear blurred, near objects appear very acute. At twilight the disorders become stronger – winks through looking tot he wideness- headache (mostly around the eyes).
REASONS: According to different reasons we are differentiating three different basic mechanisms which are causing a detachment of the retina.
(Rhegmatogene) Retinal Detachment: This is the main reason of a retinal detachment. Through a hole or a crack in the retina fluid is entering behind the retina and looses it from the nutrimental support, the pigment sheet. As main reasons for this we know the high level myopia, the circumstance after complicated cataract operations or also stump and edged injuries of the eyes.
(Exudative) Retinal Detachment: This form is much more infrequent and is caused by a chronic liquid discharge out of choroid pots and an injured pigment epithelium. In this way liquid is collected slowly under the retina and looses it from the underlay. The most frequently reasons of this circumstance are inflammable processes or tumors in this area.

OPERATION PROCESS: LASIK can be meaningful when eyeglasses or contact lenses are causing wearing problems or when the patient generally wants to see clear without using any supporting material. The treatment with the eye laser is only possible up to defined values of failing eyesight. By using the LASIK myopia corrections up to -10 diopters, astigmatism corrections up to -4 diopters and farsightedness corrections up to +3 diopters are possible. Further possibilities of a refractive surgery (surgical correction of sight defects) are available at different laser operations (such as LASEK) as well as in some processes for the implantation of artificial lenses in the eye. For the LASIK-Operation local anesthesia drops are used. Additionally to this, a pacifier can be used. For the intervention a lid holder is placed in the eye in order to provide that the eye remains open. The cornea is cut in a flat way previous to the laser process and the upper layer is folded like a lid. The cutting operation can be realized by using a sensitive operation knife (Microkeratom) or a Femtosecond Laser (Femto-LASIK) named instrument. After the folding of the lid the so-called Excimer-Laser is used. By using this instrument the cornea will be removed according to previously defined values as a defined layer thickness. At previously present myopia the cornea becomes flatter at the center, at previously present farsightedness in the outer area will be more removed as in the inner area, and at previously present astigmatism the curve will be changed in order to gain a defines axis. It is possible to correct astigmatism together with other kinds of failing eyesight at the same time. The laser itself lasts generally only one minute. After the laser intervention the folded lid (the loosed layer) is folded again in its first position. It will adhere there by itself. After that entire en eye bandage is applied.
BEFORE AND AFTER THE INTERVENTION:
If you use regularly some medicine because of other illnesses you should inform your doctor previously about them, because some medicines such as blood thinning substances should be discontinued some days before the intervention.
During the first days after the operation it can happen that you see a little bit blurred, this circumstance is caused by the enlargement of the pupils. This is a very normal circumstance and will be eliminated after a couple of days.
Please avoid during the first weeks to press on your eye or to rub it. Do no ball sports for 1 month after the operation and do not visit the sauna or the swimming pool for 2 weeks. Apply no make up for 1 week.
You can get your shower or your bath or you cam wash your hair in the first days after the operation. Please avoid here the entrance of soap our shampoo in your eyes.
Reading, writing and TV watching are immediately after the operation permitted without any limitations.
An increased light and blinding sensitivity is generally observed within the first time after the operation: This is also a very normal situation. If you face such a circumstance use simple sunglasses to eliminate these effects.
Occasional scratching or foreign item feelings in the operated eye are very normal effects and disappear with time.
HEALING DURATION: Approximately 1 day after the operation and your rest you can continue with all your occupational and social activities just in the same way as before the operation.
OPERATION DURATION: The duration of the operation is about 10 minutes.
HOW THE EYE DROPS HAVE TO BE USED CORRECTLY?
Before the usage of the drops hands have to be washed in depth.
Shake the bottle of the drops, lay your head behind, open your eyes and look above. Pull the lower lid of your eye down so that a little bag will be formed. Let 2 drops fall into this bag and close your eyes and release thereby your lower lid of your eye. Hold your eyes closed for about 3 to 5 minutes.
