Sperm donors are screened for genetic diseases, given a semen analysis and interviewed about their lifestyles, alcohol or drug usage and number of sexual partners.

Surrogate Mothers
We require that our surrogates be in a healthy and physically fit condition, over 18 years of age, genetically screened, non-smoking (includes passive smoking) and of a sound mind.

Georgia's Fertility Treatment Laws
Egg donation, sperm donation and surrogacy has been legal in Georgia since 1997. Surrogate mothers have no parental rights over babies they give birth to for the purpose of gestational surrogacy. The couple or the single mother is the legal parent of the child born from a surrogate mother.

No consent from the surrogate is required. Even if an embryo was donated, the surrogate mother or donor has no parental rights over the child. The child’s birth certificate will be issued immediately after birth and the couple or single mother will be registered as the child’s parent on the birth certificate, not the surrogate.

we can give patients access to online database in order to have possibility to view donors and surrogates profiles before making a decision. In spite we are clinic based, we also send prepared surrogates and donors in any Country according to intended parents' requests..as we understand that personal clinic in own Country  might has big importance for patients.

Need for donor eggs
All women are born with a finite supply of around 2 million eggs and this number declines with age. Originally, recipients of egg donation were primarily women who had experienced premature ovarian failure (menopause). This premature menopause may be caused by genetic reasons, sometimes surgery, or, most often, unknown reasons.

More recently, the largest group requesting egg donation is women in their late 30s/40s. These women have undergone several attempts of routine IVF without success and the scientific evidence suggests that the eggs they are producing are not suitable for developing healthy embryos.

For women who may not have healthy eggs or in fact have no eggs the only option for them to achieve a pregnancy is by using donated eggs (or embryos).
