I’ve struggled with addition since my late teenage years. I’ve been addicted to everything you can possibly imagine. At the end of my stretch I was getting high with a needle. I went to a handful of different 12 step treatment centers. Nothing helped and my parents paid for my last one. When I left and relapsed shortly after, they were done with me. I started researching alternative therapies, I found David and the clinic. I sold my car to get down there and it changed my life. Not only am I sober now, with years of time under my belt, I don’t even think about getting high. David's treatment center is something unique! He takes a deeply personal approach to treatment, where he gets to understand the true root cause of the trauma that is causing the addiction and repetitive patterns - can't recommend this facility enough! His team really customize the treatment to make sure there are no withdrawals, and they make sure of it before you leave. Big respect for David - the food is healthy and fresh, and the area in Playa del Carmen is extremely peaceful, a nice private community where we could take walks safely along the beautiful neighborhood.
