Dr. Arnold Angeles | Plastic Surgery Expert
Dr. Arnold Angeles finished his formal training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UERMMMCi, Quezon City, Philippines and is one among the few who has a true double board certification for General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
His training includes the working knowledge of the basic medical - surgical sciences and subspecialty subjects. He maintains his teaching position in UERM university hospital because he believes that contributing knowledge and skills to medical students are priceless.
"Knowing what to do" and "doing what you know" are two different kinds of skills. Both of these skills take more than a couple of years, not months to sharpen.
These training experiences come in with an important conjuncture: Performing the skills from what you’ve learned correctly and safely. We don't only learn from one aspect of an experience, we learn from different experiences, creating an onion of feats with the intertwining of knowledge and skills in one bulb...this bulb grows thick and it is where you get your money's worth and the result that you've always wanted.
Doctor's Specialities include:
Surgery: Brow and Forehead Lift
Target Area: Face Area
Eyebrows are often toughly attached to the supraorbital rim.
Softening of these membranes causes other structures to "fall down" resulting in the sad, frowning and & tired appearance.
The limited incision browlift is a versatile procedure takes into account the different advantages of numerous brow lift surgeries and molded it into one.
The other procedure is the coronal lift (forehead lift). The procedure completely address the medial and lateral brow ptosis caused by aging and gravity.
Surgery: Female Breast Augmentation
Target Area: Chest Area
Breast Augmentation surgery is a procedure recommended for increasing the size and projection of the breasts.
The size of implant is a client related decision, but this should be under the guidance of a plastic surgeon’s choice and experience.
The approach and delivery of the implant should be based upon an agreeable consent between the patient and plastic surgeon because even this has an effect on surgery and recovery success.
Surgery: Tummy Tuck
Target Area: Abdomen Area
Tummy Tuck is the procedure of choice when a client is faced with a redundant frontal fat and skin.
Associated with this problem is a weakening of the rectus muscle which causes the outward and downward protrusion of part or the entire lower abdominal wall.
Performing only a liposuction will result in the persistence of the redundant skin which may not contract, leaving a very displeasing frontal appearance. Thus, tummy tucks are often recommended

Liposuction is one of the most requested cosmetic procedures worldwide. The procedure remove sfat selectively from the different areas of the body, revitalizing an aesthetically pleasing contour, akin to the word "sculpturing.“
Truths about Liposuction:
Liposuction is not a weight reducing procedure.
Skin tightening after liposuction may depend on the client's age, skin redundancy and newly developed machines.
Skin and abdominal ptosis will remain and is better addressed with concomitant abdominoplasty.
Our services also include Reconstructive Surgery.
Reconstructive Surgery is the use of surgery to be able to bring back a certain body part’s form and function. Although it often brings with it some aesthetic value, this type of surgery aims at providing only basic functions and form.
Trauma such as burns or deep wounds and birth defects are normally lead to a need for reconstructive surgery.
Rhinoplasty is a general term that means surgery to enhance or rearrange nasal tissues. There are two procedure options for rhinoplasty: closed and open.
In closed rhinoplasty incisions are made inside the nostril which doesn’t show scars but the surgeon has a smaller field of vision.
In open rhinoplasty, an incision is created across the columella. proper incision and closure eliminates the fear of scarring, the risk of scarring remains.
While most women are focused on the size of their breasts, others are more focused on the look of their nipples and areolas.
The nipple is the projected part and the areola is the dark pigmented skin that surrounds the nipple.
Most women confused both as the nipple. This is a purely cosmetic procedure. No medical deformity or sickness cause this.
Likewise the procedure will not induce any other complications. The actual procedure and recovery will take roughly 1-2 days .
Bicep and Tricep implants can create muscular definition and increased mass in the upper arm area.
This procedure is specifically useful for those men and women who, can't develop their upper arms any further.
Bicep and tricep augmentations have usually been recommended for instances of injury and augmentation is needed to restore physical balance.
Buttock lift surgery lifts and tightens the skin of the buttocks. The excess skin is removed and the surrounding tissue repositioned to create a more youthful body and contour.
This procedure is ideal for men and women who have just undergone massive weight loss.
Buttock lift would require longer incisions that start in the buttock crease, extended around the groin, come up over the side of the abdomen and reach over the flank and across the back.
The fullness of the lips begin to disappear over time. Lips begin to loose volume, wherein they become thin, flat and wrinkled with lines.
Dermal fillers have been the favorite method among patients. This procedure gives instantaneous results, with clients actively participating as to how much or less they would want their lips to "pout."
Injecting dermal fillers requires almost no downtime and only minimal amount of anesthesia. Although, this procedure is not permanent, some newer fillers can last up to 6 months to 2 years.
Cheek augmentation is a cosmetic procedure that is done to clients who want to make their cheeks the center of attention.
Sunken cheeks are injected by a filler which improves the contour of the client’s cheeks. A non-invasive option includes injectable fillers.
Incisions are usually made in the upper mouth (near the gum line) to slide the implants to place. For perspective, one can liken this procedure to breast augmentation.
This procedure must take into consideration all four factors such as vertical chin height, labiomental fold, lower lip thickness and chin thickness (chin pad thickness and position) and lower lip inclination.
What is important is, whether or not, a new chin augmentation will improve your facial balance, or will it make it worse.
This procedure simultaneously contours the body and tightens skin. Most patients who will benefit from this procedure are those who have loose skin that may require skin excision such as an arm tuck, thigh tuck or even a tummy tuck. With BodyTite, skin excision in the form of tucks may no longer be necessary.
This is a non-surgical body contouring procedure. Although liposuction is still the gold standard, some may only require small amount of contouring. This is the ideal procedure to get that shape without surgery.
This is a non-surgical facial lifting that is similar with facelifting, but only non-surgical. Some patients will require this procedure instead of a facelift. This procedure has no down time, no anesthesia time and no incisions.
