Criteria for optimal surgical results and complete patient satisfaction.
It is a well known fact that the concept of beauty widely varies between ethnic groups, the era, and diverse cultural factors. An ancient philosopher so keenly expressed that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The most optimal post-operative results will be achieved when a patient is in complete harmony with the beautified image reflected in the mirror.
In general, if our patients are completely satisfied and fulfilled with their results, so then will be the satisfaction of our professional surgeon. It is our priority that all of our patients feel beautified, fulfilled, and enhanced with the results that our professional surgeon's meticulous artistry will provide.
In order to successfully achieve this, it is imperative that the surgeon completely understands the desired esthetic effects of each patient. In turn, our patients are also required to be completely knowledgeable of the realistic possibilities and/or limitations that current esthetic technologies offer in our present day in order to achieve their most desired results.
Essentially, our professional surgeon discovers within each of our patients their unique innate beauty that has been hidden due to the passing of time, the effects of gravity, and asymmetries of form and volume. Our results are guaranteed to be that each patient's most beautifying features are brought forth to the surface and that those features that are least attractive be eliminated.
It is not my intention to describe the surgeries I personally perform. Rather, my goal and desire is to provide you with my most personalized attention, professional points of views in order to orient you within the experience that I have personally acquired within my 30+ years of professional practice and due specialties.
We are fully equipped with the latest technology in our related field & our results are guaranteed to be that each patient's most beautifying features are brought forth to the surface and that those features that are least attractive be eliminated.

Face Procedures
Rhinoplasty A nose surgery has noticeable changes on the facial equilibrium. Some people prefer to have an imperfect nose because they fear a drastic change of their physiognomy o because they expect an artificial result, product of a badly planned procedure. Although there is a standard technique, there are many different variants to accomplish a beautiful and personal nose that matches the patient’s face. The aesthetic results are those that hide the facial features that are less harmonious and enhance those that are meant to stand out. This procedure may be accompanied by a cheek or chin volume correction.
Blepharoplasty The eyes are the reflection of our emotions. Drooping eyelids and puffiness under the eyes, both signs of aging, can make us look older and more tired than we fell and may also impair vision. Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is a procedure to remove fat along with excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids, removing puffiness and bags under the eyes, giving them a more youthful and healthier appearance.
Facial Lifting The face-lift aims to correct those facial signs that make us look older than we really feel. The eyes surrounded by wrinkles, the sag of facial tissue, loosened muscles, as well as jowling and neck laxity, are signs of facial aging that suggest tiredness. Regarding the patient we perform the procedure in both the facial and muscular layer, placing the incisures in the less apparent way as possible. A facelift will not stop the aging process; however, it will tighten the muscle structure, remove excess fat from under the neck and tighten sagging skin, rejuvenating facial tissue and giving a healthier appearance.
Body Procedures
Augmentation Mammoplasty This is a surgical procedure that enhances the size and shape of a woman's bustline by inserting an implant behind each breast. Bearing in mind that the aim of the procedure is to harmonize the woman’s body contour, it is very important to consider the surgeon’s aesthetic criterion. The choice of implant filler, implant size, shape, the place of the incision and other features will be determined based on the surgeon’s professional recommendations combined with the patient’s expectations. The pre-surgical planning is extremely important, because that is where both the surgeon and the patient exchange opinions on the advantages and disadvantages of the different variables.
Reduction Mammoplasty Women with very large breasts may experience a variety of medical problems caused by the excessive weight they cope with. Neck and back pain, breathing problems, skeletal deformities, skin irritation due to bra straps, and extreme self-consciousness are many of the problems that these women suffer. The breast reduction removes fat, glandular tissue, and skin from the breasts, making them smaller, lighter, and firmer. The technical procedures for a reduction mammoplasty are varied and the chosen one will depend on the correct evaluation of the plastic surgeon, which will be centred on the patient’s expectations.
Mastopexy Over the years, factors such as weight gain or weight loss, pregnancy, nursing, and the force of gravity contribute to the fall of woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. Most commonly, the fall of the complex formed by the areola and the nipple goes hand in hand with the appearance and/or the enhancement of the submammary folds. If breasts are small or have lost their volume, this surgery tends to be combined with implants. Breast lift procedures are varied. The length of the scar will be determined by the size of the incision.
Breast Asymmetry Perfect symmetry doesn't exist. Body asymmetry is completely normal. This is even easier to see in the breast. No woman has two identical breasts. The point at which breast asymmetry becomes a problem is when size and/or shape difference is really big. Then the surgeon will diagnose the asymmetry level and correct it through different sized prostheses or asymmetric breast size reduction. Only in extreme cases of breast asymmetry might both breast reduction and prosthesis implant be necessary.
Abdominoplasty (Tummy-Tuck)
Abdominoplasty, known more commonly as a “tummy tuck”, is a procedure that aims to correct the imperfections of the abdomen. These are originated with successive and multiple pregnancies, as well as with drastic weight loss or gain. The procedure removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen, tightens the muscles of the abdominal wall and eliminates the extra loose skin. For better results, the tummy tuck is usually accompanied by a liposuction. A good pos-surgery result will be the one that repairs the damaged or bad-positioned tissues and leaves an unnoticed and non-prominent scar.
Liposuction Liposuction is a procedure that removes unwanted fat from specific areas, including the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, cheeks and neck. The surgery consists on the application of negative pressure using a cannula, which vacuums the fat layer that lies deep beneath the skin. The success of the procedure will depend on the planning, age and skin of the patient, and on the pos-surgery treatment. Lymphatic drainage is highly recommended as well as a full routine of exercises after the surgery.

Testimonials
Tummy Tuck & Cosmetic Surgery in Argentina – Personal Experience with Dr. Brosto by Marisol G.
I am very happy to provide you with my personal experience and why I felt so at ease with my decision to travel to Argentina to be operated by Dr. Brosto. I, as yourself, felt a bit afraid to travel to a foreign country for surgery as I had heard horror stories of complications, risks involved with having any medical procedure outside of the United States. I live here in San Francisco, CA.
The most important elements in your assessment of any doctor is to obtain as much information about the doctor as possible, evaluate his credentials, his dedication to quality, his upholding your best interest, and most importantly, his evaluation of your health and any potential risks prior to surgery. Thorough communication and taking the opportunity to speak with Dr. Brosto directly prior to your visit is also a key to your feeling completely at ease and confident with your decision to trust this process.
I highly recommend, as I did myself, that you also have a full health assessment from your own physician and communicate your desire for cosmetic surgery and if he/she feels that based on your current health assessment, that it is safe for you to proceed. Take a copy of your assessment from your physician to Argentina upon your decision as the doctor will also perform his own medical assessment with a certified cardiologist as well as medical testing processes prior to his performing your surgery.
I will speak from my heart now and convey my own experience. I had been seeking for qualified cosmetic surgery at affordable prices here in the city for many years prior; however, I knew that it would expensive and most of the doctors that I interviewed were qualified, perhaps, but I did not feel the heart to heart connection with them. To them, I was all about the money they would obtain from me for their services. And their fees were so high that I knew I could not afford it for many years to come. I did not feel they were very personable to me nor did they truly care about me or have my best interest in mind.
In 2004, I began to research the internet in order to possibly find an option that would provided me with an opportunity to obtain quality cosmetic surgery of the highest caliber from a licensed and fully credited doctor at an affordable price here in the US. The only options made available to me were programs that supported student surgeons in obtaining patients to operate on in order that they obtain the practice they needed to complete their residency prior to becoming certified cosmetic surgeons. Upon their interview of myself, they declined me as a patient because I was too young and they preferred more elderly patients that would give the student surgeons patients that would require surgery for drastic and dramatic changes. I would not be able to provide them this opportunity and again, the program was designed to aid the student in their practice. I did not provide them with enough challenge for this endeavor.

I would be pleased to share my experiences with Dr. Brosto. I am 60 years old and own two businesses. I went to Dr. Brosto in March 2007 for a breast augmentation and some facial work (botox and fillers). He did a marvelous job of getting to know me, of assessing my shape, and helping me understand what would work best and look best. Then he turned these ideas into flesh and I am thrilled with the results. I have a beautiful bust line for the first time in my life and look many years younger.
I am so grateful to him and his staff. They are world-class in my opinion. You'll adore Laura and Dr. Brosto is warm, charming and truly an artist -- a Renaissance man in every sense and very conservative and concerned about the results and recovery. His medical team and operating theatre are also excellent. I had several surgeries in Buenos Aires and never was given any antibiotics. You'll be pleased I'm sure if you decide to trust Dr. Brosto with your facial transformation. I am going to him this winter for a full face lift.
Buenos Aires is my favorite city in the world. Very European and very safe and the shopping is wonderful. You will love it there. My husband and I have been there 3 times and are thinking of buying an apartment there for the winters (as Canada is way too cold).
Dr. Brosto is tops in my book. He did a breast augmentation for me 2 years ago and fillers and botox to my face. I am going back this winter for a full face lift. I have seen two others he did and after a week the girls (about 55) looked great.
I was truly amazed.
