Just a note to thank you for the excellent service and care I received, both pre and post operation.

When we first met to discuss the possibility of you doing the surgery, to X-rays, blood tests, to complete pre-operative medicals, introduction to the staff who would assist in the procedure, complete and understandable explanations of what was to happen and what the anticipated results would be, admission to the hospital, preparation for the surgery, the surgery and post-operative care, my experiences were all exceptional.

The nurse (Iris) and the physiotherapist (Erika) you arranged to visit me daily after I was released from the hospital were very attentive, caring and helped my recovery dramatically.

As you are aware, I was walking, without aid of a cane or walker 4 days after the surgery, up and down stairs on day 6. I attribute this remarkable recovery to the excellence of you, your staff and the hospital staff and facility.

I will be returning in March to have the other knee replaced and look forward to a repeat of the same experience and success.
