Just had the most wonderful 10 days at nature lanka. The most amazing friendly efficient staff whose main purpose was to ensure we were beautifully looked after. I chose the intensive package so 4 fabulous treatment s each day with my own lovely therapist. Delicious healthy food.

Beautiful location right on beach big waves but there is also a great pool in delightful tropical garden teeming with birds.etc. Fun things to do the very efficient office staff who arranged great trips .We went early morning to bird watch but they will organise anything. -

A truly wonderful experience at Nature Lanke Ayurveda. The people there were all so kind to me, the place is like paradise, the fresh ayurvedic food is amazing. Moreover I had a very profitable ayurvedic treatment. I cannot find a single negative comment on this place, and I will go back there with great pleasure
