Everyone, from registration to recovery, was very professional, pleasant, and willing to take the time to make me feel comfortable and to answer all of my questions. Dr. Kaul and his team were incredibly attentive, professional, and caring. Ms. Sameer his surgical coordinator was extremely helpful in coordinating the appointments and surgery. Nurse Practitioner Sadia was available to answer all the questions that you forget to ask and those you almost feel a little ridiculous asking. Dr Kim and Dr. Cabrera assisted in surgery and surgical aftercare. They were generous with their time and genuine with their concern. Of course, Dr. Kaul cannot be forgotten. He is a caring surgeon who puts his patients first. This message obviously is imparted to the team he leads. I thank them with all my heart.

I went into the office nervous about the prospects of a procedure. Both the provider who saw me first and Dr. Kaul thoroughly went over all aspects of the surgery and recovery and even calculated any potential risk right in front of me. By the end of the consultation, I was about ready to get the procedure done that day with my fears being completely alleviated. Dr. Kaul and his team are the utmost professional in their work and easily one of the better experiences I have had related to surgical related consultation/procedure. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone.

All personnel very friendly (which indicates to me they are in a satisfying work environment. And Dr. Kaul, he declined doing surgery as he felt it would make matters worse. How professionally honest is that! There is nothing negative about this medical practice. I absolutely recommend Dr. Kaul to all needing surgery.
