The science of TCM is the study of the human pathology, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disease. The TCM made great progress in the Han Dynasty (206 B.C. to 220 A.C.) after that It had ups and downs until Peoples Republic of China was founded and an integration of both medicines (western and eastern) began.

What Can You Expect From This Therapy?

Most patients report a diuretic effect within the first hours to a few days after the implantation, and that is out of the  kidney function improving , specially in patients with a kidney insufficiency like diabetics (in this kind of patients the kidney improvement can be verified with a before and after kidney function  tests). This diuretic effect is also seen in patients that have poor circulation with edema.

After that, people notice that nocturia (going to the bathroom during the night) disappears or diminishes a lot  given that the bladder capacity increases due to the decongestion of the pelvis.

The patient reports a better quality of sleep and more energy during the day that stays for months.

The color of the skin improves after two or three days and it becomes softer and moist after a month or so.

Because of the better circulation the muscles get rid of lactic acid easier, so they become softer, less painful, less prone for cramps,  so the joints are "released" from this stress, and as the immune system improves, the swelling and degeneration of the joints stops.

Why some people might be disappointed of the therapy?

The idea of this treatment is to slow down the aging process in our body. As you know, everybody has according to his or her genetic load, different ways of aging according to a weaker organ. For some people it is the eyes (macular degeneration), for some it is the brain cortex (dementia) or other parts of the brain (Parkinson’s). Some people the joints (arthritis); others the immune system is defective (autoimmune conditions); sometimes it is an organ like the heart, kidneys or the liver that is aging due to a particular or added condition that speeds up the aging process like diabetes, smoking or alcohol abuse.

Now, why do I say this treatment slows down the aging process? Because the procedure involves making it possible for the body to have available stem cells, growth factors, immune system modulators and hormones the same way you had when you where a lot younger.

So, when you understand the nature of the therapy, you know what to expect and from that I can tell you from many years of experience that most people are satisfied with the outcome of the treatment.  The other issue I’d like to address is that in my clinic we often see very difficult and sometimes hopeless conditions that are challenging and when you see them face to face is hard to reject. The initial consultation is the time when Dr. Gonzalez dedicates time to reviewing the clinical data and evaluating the patient in such a way to determine the plan for the best location of the implants. Also, it is the time when any patient's questions are clarified and most importantly, the patient's expectations are discussed. All possible outcomes of the treatment are explained.

The patient is then sent for the Electro Interstitial Scan evaluation as a point of reference and to see how the body is functioning bio-electrically.

After this evaluation, the patient goes to a procedure room where they are prepared for the most important part of the therapy: stem cell implantation. Under local anesthetic, several (between 4 to 6) mini-surgical incisions are performed where the implants are then placed.

The body's response to the IMC stem cell therapy and the healing power comes from:

• The tissue full of Stem Cells, (ten times more stem cells than the ones contained in umbilical cord blood) is absorbed by the blood and lymphatic capillary systems and migrates locally and systemically to the main organs (brain, heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, etc.) where the stem cells regenerate and revitalize the basic functions of these organs.

A final evaluation of the patient is made, where we make sure the patient is ready to go back to the place where they are staying overnight.
