This has been so hard & so frustrating trying to get help finding out prices for procedures to speak to someone by phone video chats never happened no phone call came through to me for a video chat it has been like talking to a robot I am fed up will go to another hospital to have my surgery done to communicate with you is impossible all that has happened is me repeating your application form over & over I am very annoyed and frustrated about it all

The moment we walked in he took the time to sit us down and sit me down and explain the process to me find out more about what my needs were and he addressed them. I don’t even know where to begin! Of course I was so worried about everything, but this experience has been incredible. Dr. Sámano is lovely and a professional. He put me at ease, explained things in Laymans terms, answered every question thoroughly, and, on a random sidenote, has amazing hair :-) staff is superb. His assistant, Alex, is a wonderful, timely communicator and so helpful and warm. His nurse Maria is bubbly and fun and made me feel relaxed and happy. Everything went as explained. The hospital was top-notch. I have a splint and bandages on, so I don’t know what the result looks like, but everything has been as promised so far! I am beyond pleased!

I have always been concerned about my time in the sun and the consequences that come with it, I knew I needed this type of C02 Laser , so I am forever grateful to Carol and her awesome team of nurses. The entire process was explained from pre op to post op. With very minimal pain. Please do not go anywhere else. My skin so far looks absolutely flawless only after one week. I am also looking forward to feel beautiful on the inside too, IV therapy specially designed for me is my next appt.. beauty comes from within too, so I have heard.
