Had a great experience at Edna for an IV drip - clinic’s super clean, staffs are really friendly and professional. Loved how private and relaxing it was. They gave great advice too, not pushy at all. They have parking which is a big plus, and I’d recommend booking ahead.

Stem Cell here really worth the value. I tried it elsewhere before and honestly felt scammed…they did only 5 million cells for both knees. But here at Edna wellness it’s 15 million cells each knee at a similar price point. Huge difference! ????

From my first interaction with EDNA up until I got the procedure I have been absolutely impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and care.

I’m a person who asks a lot of questions and their customer service representative and medical assistant, Beam, was always willing to provide answers and information weeks before I actually went through with treatment. I also appreciated that they were realistic about what I can expect with the treatment. They did not over promise anything and simply provided evidence-based information about anticipated results.

On the day of the procedure, the team was welcoming and helped put me at ease. I had a brief consultation with Dr. Apisit who also provided answers to all of my questions.

The procedure was really quick. They used a topical numbing agent and ultrasound to guide the injection. The injection was a small pinch and over in just a minute. Afterward, I was given a selection of herbal teas and waited for 15 mins for observation. I then paid for the treatment and was given a care package of information cards and additional ice packs. They even called a taxi (at their expense!) for me. Remarkable level of service.

If you are on the fence about stem cells, I highly recommend you reach out to EDNA and talk with them about your medical issues and possible treatment options. Even if you decide that it’s not for you, I think you will still be impressed by the level of service and care that EDNA Wellness provides.
