My husband and I were treated by Dr. Romero and are thrilled with the outcome! My husband has battled Irritable Bowel Disease for 25 years with no real help from US Doctors as well as degenerative disc disease that Doctors in the US have told him they can't do anything about. The nurses were so kind, gentle and caring and they could all put in an IV first go!!! A little pinch but never a bruise.
The clinic also offers many other treatments. Beauty treatments, dental, plastic surgery, clinics and many others. I was very happy with my dental visit with the lovely and incredibly gentle Dr Rojas, had an ozone colonic which was awesome and prp and stem cell facial infusion from which I saw immediate anti aging results.
I will definitely be back again in the future, not to mention that Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful holiday destination with loads of great tourist sites to be experienced. And the clinic is located at the beautiful Marina.

Working with Diego Hernandez, as well as the team of medical providers and support staff made some of the challenges of our trip so much easier than it could’ve been. Prior to Diego meeting us, he was 110% vested in our best outcome. There were several challenges along the way with travel setback’s, including the recent earthquake that hit PV the day we arrived. They were never unwavering in their support and accommodations of services they provided to us. I am a young 61 1/2 year-old who has been battling chronic pain and PTSD for decades, as well as in need of Bi-lateral knee replacements.
The compassion and support provided to myself and family while we were there receiving treatment was very appreciated. I felt like we were in the company of longtime friends. Diego went above and beyond in any way he could to make certain that we received all of our services as seamlessly as possible.

I had stem cell injections in both my knees a week ago. The clinic itself is clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff who attended to me from consultation to injection day (Diego, Lorena, Dr. Manuel Rosas and the 2 nurses) were informative, professional, attentive and very caring. I was shown cells, plasma, etc beforehand and every procedure explained in detail prior to Dr. Rosas carrying them out. The aftercare texts on whatsapp have been fabulous and have put my mind at ease as to what to expect and when. Every question before my treatment and after has been answered promptly and truthfully. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking stem cell therapy as an alternative to surgery. I'm just hoping and praying the stem cells do their work and I can avoid nasty knee replacement surgery back home.

I hate to leave a 1-star review because the staff and office were both lovely, however, I think it’s potentially really dangerous what they are practicing. I went in because I have an infected root canal. The dentist did a 2D X-ray, told me the infection could be treated with a couple of ozone therapy sessions, and sent me on my way. Thank god I went and got a second opinion. It turns out, root canal infections will not show up on a normal x-ray. You have to get a conebeam CT scan. And my infection was really, really bad and most likely causing my health issues (gut issues, etc). I went to a holistic dentist to extract the tooth, and my symptoms cleared up. Furthermore, after extensive research, it turns out that 100% of root canals become infected, with no symptoms in the majority of people, causing all sort of health problems! Do not go here if you think you have an infected root canal - go see a real holistic dentist.

We recently discover Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine in Puerto Vallarta and we are so very thankful. Diego was our care liaison and he is fabulous. The whole team goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about the patients. The nurses, the administration staff, the Doctors all work together to help their patients get better. My husband has a small tumor, we decided that instead of waiting for conventional medicine to fail and put him through chemo and radiation, we chose to head this off at the pass and use regenerative medicine first, get this thing while it is still grade one. If it fails we can fall back on chemo and radiation. We decided that instead of turning to Mexico as the last resort we would make it our first line of defense. Please consider this medicine as your first line of attack if possible, with early detection. We are doing treatment now at home, Scott has already lost 15 pounds, changed his eating, much to his disappointment, but he is feeling great and we are both committed to beating this thing. We have a great team now on our journey with Immunotherapy and we feel confident we can beat it. I will let you know the end result as this is just the beginning of this journey, if your thinking about alternative medicine, this is the team to go, with for sure. The one thing I have learned is that the Canadian Medical system is very broken, it is a reactive, triage system, no fault of the Doctors or the care staff, our broken system is overloaded and underfunded and we cannot pay privately. We have to wait and see, get in line. Well we are not going to wait and see, we will pay for private treatment, we will think outside the box. Lets face it, without our health and our life partner, I would have nothing. Last year while doing research for myasthenia gravis and stem cell therapy I interviewed the owner and workers of this clinic. They were one of a few clinics leading the charge for stem cell and myasthenia gravis that I could find at the time. The team was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They gladly provided a tour and a couple of patient’s consented to speaking to us. While I am in remission from myasthenia gravis, my goal is to stay in remission and help others find options that may work for them. In going to the clinic I was experiencing chronic headaches on daily basis and residual affects from a virus that was affecting my heart. In listening to the therapies offered I decided to try a few. Now it’s 11 months later and I can report I have only had 1 headache since having the treatments at this clinic, brain fog has lifted, my energy levels from that 10 pass has been off the charts!! For these reasons, I have decided to make annual trips for tuneups! The staff speaks English and Spanish and I believe there is one person who speaks four or five different languages. When something works you stick with it! It is not covered by insurance however worth it. We have to invest in our own wellness.

I investigated seven places that work with stem cells, spoke with representatives of all of the clinics and Diego Rivera with Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine was much more informative and took the time to show me how their stem cell program was much more robust of the 6 others I compared them too. The clinic is immaculate, every person on their staff was very professional, the crew helped me with anything I needed like taking me back and forth to the clinic, took me to the grocery store to purchase food, transportation to any place I needed. When I went there I had several discs flattened out and I had so much pain I could hardly walk due to severe sciatica down both of my legs and in my lower neck area was so painful I couldn’t hardly sleep and when I first got to the clinic I could hardly move my neck or I’d get so much pain I couldn’t sit hardly sit

Now I can walk for a few miles with no problem and the intense pain in my neck gives me much greater mobility and doesn't keep me from sleeping.

I recommend their clinic to any friends who have other ailments that can be fixed with stem cells. It has changed my life for the better.

About 7 years ago I asked Dr if he could help me my left knee is causing me a lot of pain and had limited me in doing my daily routine .
I received the stem cell treatment since then I have no issues at all with my knee.
When my shoulder started to hurt and I was told it is bone on bone and what might help is exercise I was not going to accept this and got an appointment with Dr Ernesto ..
Presently have had stem cell Treatments and now experience healing in my shoulder with significant pain relief the treatment targeted my muscles and tendon in my shoulder area.
I am going back after the two months is up where I will get the treatment for the problem with my shoulder bones .
The new clinic which is state of the dark in Pureto Vallarta includes the happy and efficient service from all of the staff.

My mom and I went to the Immunotherapy Regenerative Clinic in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My mom and my step-father had been there twice before for stem cell infusions. We did not have him with us this time so it was just us two women. After traveling from Florida to Mexico and checking in at the clinic they raised the pre-quoted price, for mine, we got while in the U.S. from 70,000 pesos to 120,000 pesos. This was for the infusion of 300,000,000 stem cell. Hoping to get an reasonable adjustment to the original 70,000 peso price my mom asks how much extra to infuse my hand with just 100 million more stem cells. Now the price went up to 160,000 pesos.
My mom refused the price and Lorena discounted the whole price to 100,000 pesos. My mom signed and accepted the price and thirty minutes later we were informed the price had risen from 100,000 pesos to 160,000 pesos. We left the clinic. We found another clinic in town and received a fair price and they did a great job.
These are typical medical tourism crooks who want to take advantage of people if they can and get all they can because when you find out they are crooks, you never go back.

My Name is Haroche. I had the pleasure of receiving stem cell treatment from IRM recently this past December 2023 and, I have to say I'm thrilled and even surprised at the positive results! My shoulder was scheduled for surgery in NYC January 2024 and I was told that surgery is very unpleasant and was a very tricky process. My shoulder had been in enormous pain particularly since this past October where I re-injuried it on an off road mountain motorcycle . My MRI showed I believe it was 8mm long tear and the terms the docs used was "showing full thickness" which means surgery . The pain kept me up at night , I couldn't Do my gym workouts, nor could I serve in tennis without super discomfort and soreness after . IRM was recommended by a friend and we decided to give it a try. Very pleasant and caring staff took care of me throughout the treatment process both before, during and after . No pain during but I was quite a bit sore for a week or so after. But now... happy days!! I have no pain at all. I'm back to rigorous tennis, shoulder workouts in the gym , albeit with less weight to be cautious, but I couldn't be happier. I would say it was borderline miraculous for me as I truly did not think it would or could work as well as it did! Bravo Immunotherapy Regen. Med. Being in business for 20 years with their own lab, after my experience, I can definitely tell you these are 100% viable living cells that have been growing in my body since treatment. I definitely feel things happening and am looking forward to the projected results.

All of their staff is exceptional. Up there with the top-tier US facilities. Their entire staff’s attention to your overall health, treatment plan, and how you are through the entire process, including incredible communicative aftercare, is exceptional.

I personally want to thank my patient coordinator Mr. señor Felipe. I tried to make a separate review for him, but do not see if I am able. As I did want to say Mr. Felipe went far above and beyond any normal call of duty by spending an inordinate amount of time, many after hours messages and long weekend calls.

He answered my what seemed like hundreds of questions, taking time and great care and detail so I could understand. I also want to thank Dr. Padilla. He is an amazing professional that took great care in assessing and treating my multiple issues. In the end, I had 500 million of IV stem cell treatment, plasmapheresis, ozone treatment, 50 million stem cells in each of my hips and one shoulder. Also, 12 injections of 300 million in the lower back and spine. Dr. Padilla was always there to answer my many questions and always was available providing incredible treatment, aftercare, and my many aftercare questions. He had a true concern for my well-being and brought me back into the clinic for a couple of anti-inflammatory treatments which helped immensely. I don’t have many doctors that spend that much attention and time with me. So thank you.

In addition, all of their supporting staff from the nurses to receptionist, are extremely professional, very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with the many questions. I thank Sharaby, Dennis, Cesar, Dr. Rojas, Andrea, Miriam, Jamie, and any others I have forgotten.

Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine clinic in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, for stem cell therapy. I went through an extensive vetting process prior to choosing their clinic and after spending 5 days with them I felt I had definitely picked the right facility. Their well-located clinic is very modern, comfortable, and clean. They have a young, dynamic and professional staff of doctors, nurses, techs and support staff that were very accommodating, never rushed and clearly explained all the various treatments administered and answered all my questions. In addition, they maintain their own lab in which the stem cells are thoroughly processed, which removed any concern over the quality and source. Totally different than the typical USA medical experience. I can highly recommend them to anyone considering stem cell therapy. I am looking forward to experiencing the benefits of the protocols provided.

I am very afraid of needles to a point that I pass out when someone takes my blood so naturally I was really afraid of the procedure. From the beginning of my healing journey I felt I was in the very best hands. Mariana was always by my side and explained everything to me before and after the treatment. I found thenstaff to be caring, respectful and professional..i hope the follow up is as good as our time there. My daughter is struggling and is not experiencing the recovery we had hoped for. So, I hope our contunued follow up matches the quality care we received while there. If there’s anything you can suggest regarding steps she should be taking, i would appreciate your feedback. Bridget says she read online that the first two to three weeks after the treatment are the toughest. Is that true?
If so, we should have been told to expect that. I felt your instructions about what will happen next were not as good as the careful instructions we got while there..hope this helps.

Stay Away — This Clinic Made My Injury Worse

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I came to this clinic seeking help for my left knee. Not only did they fail to improve anything — they made my condition worse.

Instead of delivering competent care, they marked up and injected my knee in a way that led to increased inflammation, numbness, and ongoing complications I’m still dealing with. It’s clear they either didn’t understand the underlying issue or didn’t care enough to get it right.

What’s worse is the lack of follow-up or accountability. I voiced my concerns and got nothing but vague reassurances. No concrete plan, no responsibility taken for the damage they caused. I’ve since seen more qualified providers who were shocked by how poorly things were handled here.

This clinic did more harm than good. If you’re dealing with a joint issue or any injury, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don’t risk your health at a place that doesn’t take your pain seriously and clearly lacks the skill to help.

I have nothing but fabulous things to say! I was having foot pain from an injury to the cartilage on the top of my foot. My regular doctor tried steroid injections which did not work at all and told me the next step was surgery. My next option was a 2nd opinion, which was not only surgery to fuse a metal plate to my bones,, but also a long recovery with a scooter for 2 months then healing for 8 more months to be 90% better. I was shocked at how invasive and extensive these options were. We visited immunotherapy regenerative medicine and I received injections in my foot. I am 4 weeks out and it is like night and day improvement. I am no longer sleeping with a foot brace. I walk around pain free most of the day, no limping. I can workout again without 2 days of excruciating pain following. I have slight pain in the morning, but it is very minor and send to still be getting better. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!

The facilities are extremely clean and comfortable. Every nurse I had an interaction with helped me feel comfortable and at home. I had IV, Facial, and Intrathecal. Was worried about potential side effects but suffered no negative effects. I have 0 complaints or regrets, I hope to return someday. Truly a world class experience, highly recommended.

I did extensive research to find the right stem cell clinic - thoroughly looking all over the world. I came upon this clinic, who was also highly recommended by another friend who had gone there. She explained everything to me, and I decided to give them a call - lo and behold I talked to Cesar Romero and from that point forward he has been the patient coordinator for the last 5 patients that I have sent to the clinic.

They first do an personalized consultation to draw up a program after you send them any and all medical information on your situation. Then they do a consultation with a Doctor who goes over what the treatments they do and what they offer. Following this and the discussion of your goals, they make a tailored program.

Every step of the way all of the staff members and medical professionals are extremely caring. They deliver this out of an upstat building in puerto vallarta. They are medically competent in all aspects of what they do, and they explain everything.

Cesar is the best - but all of the staff deserve and huge thank you for all they do. It is clear that they are doing it literally to help people - which is rare these days.

It was late on Friday when I told Cesar that my next 2 friends would be coming, and even though it was late he went and drove to the lab to make sure that there would be stem cells available for when they had to start.

You do need to heal after stem cells, and it can take some time to show up and give you all the results you need. You cannot expect instant results. But they do come, and it is worth it.

I attended their clinic in Puerto Vallarta from the UK for my vaccine damage/long covid and Crohn’s.
The whole process from initial contact with their team, assessing my current health and issues, creating an individual plan of treatment and then receiving the treatment far exceeded my expectations.

The whole team including the point of contact, doctors and all of the nurses were very professional, caring and made sure I was at ease and completely comfortable through the whole treatment.
It is too early for me to gauge the final success of my treatment but due to being unknown and complicated it will take some time for the stem cells and other treatments to do their work which is expected. However from everything I have tried previously, this is the only thing I have done which I have already noticed some small improvements, which is hopefully a start of my full healing.

I had my procedure on May 14 ....I cannot believe the improvement in my vision more than 50% better. Im able to get a drivers license..I didn't think I would ever drive again. Story time. I had went to this place to get my knees injected. So I had the recommended stem cells in both knees. No I was asked to give a great review on Google but I waited until now. I flew from the USA it was no problem for the first month. After that it was hell, I could not walk I was in the emergency room, my knee was in so much pain it was hell, I mean terrible. 5 months later still terrible I am still limping my knee is not good. The staff was nice, and doctors where nice. But no one tells you this part so I am telling you do not, do not do it! Do not get your knees or anything done here. I am not sure if they are all really License Doctors/Physicians. If these people where in the USA they would be closed down. Listen to me, every one who read this do not do it. My knee was not in terrible shape I knew it was in pain from going to the gym and years of running on it but I was not limping. I am still having problems everyday. It just not good or who injected my knee was not good. But do not go here. I believe you should not get it in Mexico at all. I am still suffering. And my knee was not bone on bone. I was so unaware of this damage it caused, it's terrible. Run, run, run, I hope my mistake saved your life.

Everyone on the phone and in the office were very polite and respectful through the whole process. I had to go to the emergency room because of a severe infection caused by the implants. According to the medical report, they were poorly done, and this caused me significant health problems. I spent thousands of dollars at this terrible clinic; I had to have emergency surgery elsewhere, which resulted in even more expenses.

They also performed stem cell treatment on me, which, by the way, was one of the worst things they could have done to me. I had warned them that I have thyroid problems, and they, just to make money, told me it was fine and that I could have the treatment. Obviously, my body reacted badly, so I stopped the treatment. But as the weeks went by, my body collapsed, my antibodies became dangerously high, making it impossible for me to continue my daily activities, and I experienced constant discomfort.

I have the documents, the medical reports that back up what I'm saying, a before-and-after comparison of the treatment. Because I'm someone who always monitors their health, and what they did to me is an ATROCITY!

I prepaid for my entire treatment and my family's, but to this day they refuse to refund the money, which was clearly an advance payment for a treatment I didn't continue. Furthermore, they haven't taken responsibility for the thousands of additional dollars I spent due to their medical malpractice.

I had a major injury at the gym which left both of my knees with some bone on bone issues between the femur and patella. Over a year later, the joint pain wasn't improving. Locally(Alaska, USA), the cost of just PRP treatment was prohibitive. We did some research and found that it was the same price for PRP AND stem cell treatment at Immunotherapy in Puerto Vallarta. The place seemed legit after doing some research so it seemed like a no brainer!

We ended up booking a procedure for stems and PRP in both knees. That occured in January 2026. It's been about 3 months as of the writing of this review. I've been easing back into light leg workouts and yesterday I tested slightly heavier weights. I'm happy to report that the joint pain I've been dealing with since the injury as improved in a dramatic and highly noticable way. I'm not completely pain free yet, but it's a night and day difference so far! I was told the full regenerative benefits won't be realized until about 6-9 months after the procedure, so I'm very happy to already be feeling massive changes at 3 months.

Regarding the facility, staff, and general operations... 5 stars isn't enough. They were amazing. The facility was very nice. The whole operations from the initial consult, to the procedure itself, and to the followup, was so very fantastic. Great communication from the staff. Emails were answered almost immediately. They explained everything and allowed infinite time for questions on the day of the procedure. The nurses and doctor I worked with were very friendly and professional, at a level I've never experienced in any healthcare I've received in the USA.

If you've been on the fence about pulling the trigger on stem cells for an injury, or for the multitudes of other treatments they offer, these people are the fantastic and legitimate!
