Its a best authentic ayurveda centers in mysore, with panchakarma treatment. Ayurvedic treatment provided to many conditions, also provided with accommodation. People can experience a great ambience through out their visit.

It takes 3-4 hours by car from Bangalore Airport. It is difficult to visit because the distance is far, but it is worth visiting, and you can understand that it is not in the city center, considering the air pollution around the airport you saw on your way home.
First of all, the doctors diagnosis is carried out daily and the advice is very clear. Also, in Japan, treatments tend to be considered as beauty field , but because they are thinking like medicine and food sources, it is also recommended for those who want to improve their physical condition and constitution.
All staff members are kind and gentle.
When cleaning the room, you will be able to point out your flowers and take care not to get bored with long-term residents.
The food is limited to vegans, but its very delicious, even if its not vegan.
A great word about technology for treatments. The daily treatment was fun.
I also want to visit next year. -

If you really want to feel the charm of the old times, this is the resort to stay but you will have to book their cottages and not the deluxe rooms. Though the resort is primarily for Ayurveda treatments, two nights stay here will refresh your mind and soul. Spacious independent cottages and bathrooms along with plenty of flora and fauna with chirping of birds throughout the day will rejuvenate your senses. Hospitality and cleanliness at its best, quite evident as they cater to many NRIs.

The therapists are well trained, treatments customised, Food saatvik and the Place green and quiet.
This is definitely not a fancy place but surely a great place to experience silence inside and outside. -

As per my exposure to the Ayurvedic massage centres, this is the best and top choice for any body. The staff, doctors, masseurs all are very polite and friendly. They listen to your queries and problems with great patience and give you suggested treatments accordingly. I am really impressed by their hospitality.

The best place for Ayurvedic treatment with comfortable stay. Its just below the Chamundi Hill, so you can stay out of city hassle noise. This place is so calm.

They have tennis court, swimming pool, kids play area not functioning any more and yoga hall.
Stays are super cool with an old school look of red oxide floor, tiled house.
Prices for treatments are reasonable with 5% service charge.
One must visit it.
