West African Health Expo 2009

West African Health Expo 2009 is an international Exhibition focusing on medical equipment, scientific and laboratory instruments, hospital furniture, pharmaceutical products and services to be hosted by Global Resources & Projects Nig. Ltd at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria. It builds on the success of West African Health 2008, which attracted over 234 exhibitions targeting international manufacturers and traders interested in the African market.

West African Health Expo 2009 objective is to afford the exhibitors an opportunity to network with a cross section of invited health sector / industry professionals on the important subjects of medical equipment, scientific instruments, pharmaceutical products, health management organizations and health institutions.

The conference will provide a forum for the exhibitors to broaden their customer awareness with unique prospect of launching and displaying new product aimed at improving the quality of health services and make valuable business contacts with prospective buyers such as doctors, healthcare providers, aspiring health practitioners and a wide range of professional such as company executives, hospital administrators, specialists, planners and users of different types of medical equipment.

EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
All exhibitors are entitled to free entry in the official exhibition catalogue. Each visitor will receive a copy of the catalogue free of charge which will serve as an invaluable reference during and after the event. (Refer to catalogue profile page).

CLEARING AND FORWARDING
The Organizers have appointed Simarrow Limited as official Import & Export: Shipping, Freight forwarders, Customs agents, Packaging & Courier.

No duty is required for goods brought into the country for exhibition purposes. However these kinds of goods must be shipped back to their origin.
The exhibitor is required to pay duty for imported exhibition goods if he intends to sell the same during the exhibition.
Copies of shipping documents should be with the clearing agent at least 14 days before the exhibition starts to ensure quick clearing at the port of entry.

1. Platinum Sponsorship
There exists a sponsorship opportunity to be lead sponsor of the West African Health 2009 and
it consist of the following elements:-
a. Branding on all marketing and promotional materials for the event.
b. Onsite branding of the sponsor (logo of sponsor on the event's website)
c. Branding on all media adverts

2. Gold Sponsorship

5. Conference Cocktail/Tea Break
There exists an opportunity for the sponsorship of conference Cocktail/Tea Break.
a. This allows the sponsors representative to address an assembly of industry peers, Medical Practitioners, Buying Agents, Suppliers etc.

6.Conference Lunch Break
There exists an opportunity for the sponsorship of conference lunch break.
This allows the sponsor's representative to address the assembly of conference delegates in an exclusive manner.

7. Exhibition Dinner
There exists an opportunity for the sponsorship of a networking dinner party for the participating companies at the exhibition. This allows the sponsor's representative to address and assembly of industry peers, medical practitioners, buying agents etc.

10. West African Health 2009 Year 2010 Wall Planner
There will be a production of 5,000 copies of year 2010 wall planner, which will be distributed through our network to all exhibitors, visitors to the Exhibition and Conference participants.
Advert opportunity exists on the wall planner at the rate of $300.

11. Visitors Complimentary Entrance Ticket
25,000 visitors complimentary entrance ticket will be printed; you have opportunity to leverage your company by placing your advert on the ticket.
