How to Read Emails Responses from Providers
1. Login to PlacidWay Patient Portal: Start by logging in with your registered email and password.
2. Access Your Emails: On your Patient Portal Dashboard, click the “Emails” icon to open your inbox.
3. View Incoming Messages: Here, you will see a list of all incoming emails from providers who are connected with you.
4. Compose New Emails: Click “Compose” to send a new message to any clinic.
Fill in details like Center Name, Subject, and your Email Content. You can also add attachments if needed. Once ready, click “Send Email”.
5. Reply to Providers: To respond to an incoming email, simply click on the message from your inbox.
6. Read Carefully – Review the provider’s email thoroughly, then click “Reply” to begin your response.
7. Send Your Reply – Draft your message and click “Send Email” when finished.
8. Alternative Communication Options: You can also reach out to providers directly via Chat by clicking “Chat with Center”, or schedule a Virtual Consultation at a date and time that suits you.
