  • The proposed position will be a remote position

Manage PlacidWay Platform – Monthly Activity [as needed] 

  • Content: conduct content review and update prices, packages, and other content monthly. The scope does not include creating new marketing content. Content must be provided by the customer.  
  • Templates: create and define procedure specific templates for email and messenger 
  • Scripts: create patient call scripts  
  • Reviews: Manage patient reviews 

Manage Patient Inquiries: Daily Activity [as applicable] 

  • Email: Respond to all patient inquiries within 24 hours via email [business days] 
  • Online-Chat: Engage patient via online messenger 
  • Phone Calls: Contact all validated customer inquiries via phone call to understand their needs as well as provide an overview of the clinic and procedures offered 
  • Medical Records: Collect patient medical records required for formal quotation 
  • Formal Quotation Request: present cases to the clinic for evaluation and formal quotation  
  • Quote Presentation: Present quotation to the patients along with clinic’s specialties. 
  • Virtual Consultations: Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations between medical professionals and patients to build trust and provide customized solutions.  
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel logistics of the patient via phone, online chat, and email.
