After three years of trying to conceive and going through so much emotional trauma, Me and my husband are very glad and lucky that we chose IVF Athens in Greece to make our dream come true. Dr. Athanassiou meticulously handled our case and did every possible check-up and follow-up that was needed while going through the whole IVF journey which led to a positive result for us. We highly recommend Dr. Athanassiou IVF Athen to all those partners who are looking for a good IVF center. My only advice would be to never lose hope, be patient and keep trying.

I visited this clinic after I had visited many others in the area and I was already disappointed. My friends who had achieved the goal of having a child encouraged me and I decided to give myself one last chance by making an appointment with Mr. Athanassiou. Fortunately I did because now I would not hold my child in my arms. Close to Mr. Athanassiou, to Mrs. Sakellariou the amazing embryologist and to the whole scientific and administrative team of this clinic from the first moment I felt that I had gained companions in this beautiful journey that we started together .. hand in hand until the end .. Brilliant scientists and unique people embraced me and supported me with inexhaustible knowledge, with sincerity, love and humanity until the day of my birth .. but this journey does not end here .. I will never cut myself off from this wonderful team and I am happy because I know I got ties of life and love with the clinic and its people. A huge kiss and a warm hug to my wonderful doctor and my partner in this unique life experience, to my embryologist, to the collaborating top scientists of the center, to the sweetest midwives and of course to the unique Chryssa and Eleftheria who is her smile and hug reception of the clinic. Mr. Athanassiou is honest, clear, professional, human and efficient in what he does. We are grateful that he did not delay us with soul-destroying procedures and above all we are happy with the result! A big thank you to him and the staff of the center who helped us in all stages of a process in which we definitely spent a lot of time, money and, most importantly, mental strength. Having already visited other doctors, I highly recommend it.

After two IVF failures with a German clinic (the IVF clinics in Luxembourg, where we live, being closed at the time because of the Covid) and already knowing the seriousness of Dr. Athanassiou clinic, my husband and I decided , in July 2021, to make a new attempt in Athens. We immediately noticed a difference compared to our previous experience (more availability and explanations from the gynecologist and a human and efficient approach from the whole team). All speak English and some speak French, which suited my husband. There was practical support every step of the way, e.g. getting the necessary medication from abroad or getting the blastocyst transferred in the morning without having to change our return flight which was scheduled for the same day. I would especially like to thank a nurse, Maria, who offered me comfort that day. Anyway, thanks to our concerted efforts and with any luck, I am currently in the 29th week of pregnancy. The clinic is open 6 days a week and the waiting room is full. You really help people and I hope you continue to work at the same high level.

I would also like to share my own experience from the IVF center in Athens so that I can help a woman to make the right decision. And I will be completely objective! The numbers are indisputable evidence of the results. FIVE! EXCEPT ME OTHER THREE WOMEN my friends HAVE HOLDED A BABY THANK YOU TO THIS DOCTOR AND THE FIFTH WHO IS MY SISTER FIND OUT THAT HE IS PREGNANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL WITH THE FIRST EFFORT PLEASE! I read comments above that question his humanity. I only know that. THIS MAN IS 100% PROFESSIONAL. He is interested in the result and he is not there either to caress his ears or to say that he will operate on us out of clothes! It has a system, method, team and program. Midwives are available 24 hours a day for any question or problem that may arise. I, who had frequent bleeding, had taken them a few times and the center has been open continuously since very early in the morning! There are prescriptions for the examinations at the EOPYY and not only the medicines as in other centers, strict hygienic protocols are observed in the egg collection and embryo transfer rooms and the geneticists use the latest methods of fertilization.

I also read that he is accused of seeing us as wallets. I will say that I had ready embryos in elena. And while I suggested that he give me a new egg and that his own geneticists should make new embryos, he did not accept. If he wanted to eat money he could agree! And I got pregnant with the embryos I had, which of course were processed by his embryologists!
If you want a child this is your doctor! If you want to call a friend my doctor, I do not know if you will be satisfied with this particular scientist. The man does work, not a fanfare ..... Ms. Athanassiou, thank you for the joy you gave to my house! -

I visited after a recommendation the doctors office after forced surgical removal of both my fallopian tubes. I did not manage to feel that there was a problem, because they had already explained the solution to me. At the moment, my 8month old baby girl is playing next to me. How I thank them all together and one by one!
