Dr. Shaklov is dishonest. He has no integrity. He appeared to be drunk during my consult and two phone calls. He took several weeks to provide a 'quote', and he tried to scam me out of my consult fee. When I disputed it on Paypal, this guy had the audacity to manufacture a quote and send it via snail mail, weeks later. This isn't someone you want anywhere near you, especially in a vulnerable state. Run, don't walk, from this guy!

Excellent work from Dr Shakhov, I had rhinoplasty and mentoplasty with him some years ago, and I am very grateful to him for the treatment and the results I obtained !!!
