The team at IFC is very professional, friendly and they make the treatment stress free by their attitude. Almost everything was well organised and all appointments were respected. They were very helpful for us in terms of facilities for accomodation, transport and other needs. Nevertheless, they should improve the communication not in terms of language but in terms of explanations of the treatment process: results of exams (blood, semen, ultrasound scan,number of eggs for retriaval, number of embryo to transfert...). We have to ask questions in order to understand how things are going and what is the next step. No question, No detailled explanation knowing that it is our first time to follow this treatment.
Without this single point, everything would be perfect.
