First of, coordination prior to treatment was seamless. It was easy and the people we talked to are very polite.
Second, the facility was clean and presents a comfortable and relaxing feel.

On 28th. January 2026, I traveled to Thailand with friends purely for tourism. Stem cell therapy was not part of our plans at all. During our conversations, I remembered that my wife had mentioned some time ago that many people were undergoing stem cell therapy with very positive results. At the time, however, I had no idea that stem cells could also be used for orthopedic treatment in addition to general revitalization and anti-aging therapies.
A friend and I began researching reputable medical centers online and eventually decided to visit Vega Medical Service.
From the moment we arrived, the clinic impressed us with its cleanliness, professionalism, and excellent organization.
I underwent the following treatments:
• 20 million stem cells injected into my right thumb joint, where I had been suffering from severe pain and limited mobility.
• 20 million stem cells injected into my face for skin rejuvenation, wrinkles, and years of accumulated sun damage.
• An intravenous infusion of 40 million stem cells for general revitalization and energy support.
All procedures were performed professionally and comfortably.
Regarding the facial treatment, I experienced remarkable improvement. Friends and family clearly noticed the difference in my skin and overall appearance, and personally I also felt more energetic and revitalized.
Concerning the IV therapy, I later learned that 40 million cells may have been relatively low as a starting dose. From my later understanding, more effective revitalization protocols often begin around 80–100 million cells.
As for my thumb treatment, 20 million cells may actually have been a relatively high concentration for such a small tissue area. I experienced swelling and discomfort for approximately three to four weeks afterward. However, after that recovery period, I can now say there has been approximately a 70% improvement in both pain and mobility.
One aspect that particularly impressed me was the clinic’s commitment to quality control and patient safety. They provided a detailed Certificate of Analysis for the stem cells, including:
• Cell type and morphology
• Cell size and viability
• Chromosome stability testing
• Screening for bacteria and fungi
• Testing for HIV, HBV, HCV, and other contaminants
This level of transparency and documentation gave me significant confidence in the safety and quality standards of the treatment.
The staff and medical team were excellent throughout the entire process, providing attentive care and professional support from beginning to end.
Overall, I believe stem cell therapy is a highly promising field, whether for revitalization, orthopedic conditions, or other medical applications.
Based on my personal experience, I found the team at Vega Clinic to be highly professional, and I will definitely consider returning in the near future for additional treatment.

Before I start, just to be clear, nobody has paid me for this review. I am doing this because Vega Stem Cell Clinic and their staff deserves the recognition and people in pain deserve relief from their pain. I know this review is long but it has to be since you probably have many unanswered questions concerning the process, my injury, the service, and my outcome. This is my review/report one year after my stem cell injections from Vega Stem Cell Clinic…
Over 15 years ago I suffered from an injury to the sciatic nerve at the transverse foramen and that injury went without needed medical intervention for weeks. As a result of this, I was left with long term nerve damage and loss of use in the affected leg from the hip down and then I sustained further damage to the same side hip from falls which happened due to losing consciousness from the pain I was in at the time. After years of enduring so much pain and many medical procedures with little relief, in desperation I decided to try stem cells at the Vega Clinic.
Upon arriving in Bangkok and contacting Vega Stem Cell Clinic and talking to Mew and Josh, I sent my medical images and records and we set up a consultation with the doctor who would be doing my injections. I arrived at the facilities a day before the stem cell injections to sort out payment and a time was scheduled by Josh to have a driver pick me up the next day for an injection by my nerve root and an injection into my right hip. Due to monetary considerations, I elected to have the most stem cells injected by my sciatic nerve root damage as that was the worst of my problems at that time. I elected to have the other 30% of my stem cells injected in my hip.
The outcome both immediately after the stem cell injections and one year after has been an absolute miracle beyond anything I could have ever expected. I immediately noticed a significant decrease in nerve pain and this has remained or even improved over the past year. My hip pain has also reduced significantly. I was on pain medications for 15 years straight due to pain and as of now, I am going on 10 months of ZERO pain medications.
Getting stem cell injections at Vega Stem Cell Clinic for my injuries was a life changing experience and easily the best decisions I have ever made. People that know me all see the difference in me in terms of happiness and spirit, about 90-95% of the nerve pain that was relentless and that I couldn’t escape is gone, I am much more physically fit than I was due to being able to exercise relatively pain free for the first time in over 15 years, and the pain has been reduced to the point to where making it through the day no longer requires pain medication. These results were successful beyond anything I could ever imagine.
The US medical complex has close to $1,000,000 invested in medical fees surrounding my surgeries, medical procedures and medicines, all of which still left me in pain, suffering, and on a pain medicine subscription plan. Out of complete desperation, I flew 17 hours to the other side of the world and took a chance on this working in hopes that it helped me get my quality of life back. And for a small fraction of the cost of the US medical systems services, it worked beyond anything I could ever expect and far better than anything they tried on me in the US. Something is very wrong about the US system and thankfully for myself, Vega Stem Cell Clinic was able to help me when the US medical system could not. That is a sad reality I had to come to terms with when I realized that the stem cells were working to help me and I am writing this to hopefully help you escape your misery as a result of injury. You deserve a chance at relief. everyone does.
In closing, going to Vega Stem Cell Clinic was easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am thankful every day for the improvements in my quality of life and had I known that the results would be like this I would've got stem cells with Vega Clinic a long time ago. Im glad I took the chance, it has made my life so much better.

My husband and I used Vega Medical Services for stem cell treatment with the aim to support fertility treatments. We had looked at Panama, Colombia, Croatia and Mexico for treatment also but on balance found what Vega was offering was the better choice. I haven't been abroad many times, but the service and care we received from Vega MS was outstanding and I soon felt comfortable in a foreign land. The team were professional, knowledgeable and personable. The hospital and clinic premises were as new. The drivers assigned to us were also very professional. I can't yet attest to whether the treatment has worked for us or not, but I can say that their process is thorough, and that they use fresh stem cells vs frozen/thawed. Fresh having higher efficacy. Each stem cell vial/s/batch also came with a comprehensive analysis report. Overall, a very good experience all-round. I can happily recommend.
