Mid East Medical International Comprehensive Exhibition 2009

Jordan has experienced a very rapid development in its health sector and still show tendency to more expansion in the field of medical tourism and investment. At the same time, Jordan has become a gate for Middle East trade and businesses and provides access to neighboring Arab markets which related to Jordan location.

Due to the proximity of Iraq, this exhibition will provide the participants early access for trade & investment in the Iraqi health developments, in the light of the recent improvement in the security situation there.

The medical industry and its components, has become one of the most important everyday industries in our lives, on which most daily activities depend, via health care means. This industry has therefore become an influencing factor on the trade, commercial and non-commercial activities, while proving it as indispensable within our daily routines.

In Jordan, being a progressively growing sector, (as the case in the Arab World), we have opted to gather this vital sector in an international exhibition for all medical fields needs, to be held in Amman thus putting together renowned names of business men, companies and brands.

We have made a contact with more that 50 embassies in Jordan (commercial sectors) to provide us with a list of the most important businessmen and wholesalers who will be invited to our exhibition with full accommodation package, and these businessmen and wholesalers will be related to each exhibition a side. 

Also we made a contact with our embassies abroad to help us in promotion and marketing also sending invitations to all targeted visitors. 

Our Marketing and Promotion plan extended to includes Asia, Europe, Middle East, America and South Africa, traveling and over the network.

In addition to the exhibition and trade show, medical seminars in the fields of Cardiology, Dentistry, Medical Insurance and Medical Health Investment, will be held simultaneously.

As a part of the globe, the Middle East and all the other regions of the world, should work together through Trade, Education, Meetings, Conferences and Discussions to improve the world's health status, because the globe, thanks to the scientific advances, became a small village.

Why Jordan:
Jordan has served as a regional health centre for many years and enjoys a fine reputation. It is the quickest country in the Middle East in developing its hospitals and health institutions.

Jordanian hospitals continue to serve the region, with large numbers of neighboring & and regional countries actively seeking medical treatment in Jordan.

Jordan's ideal location at the heart of the region makes it the most accessible country in terms of distance (the time to arrive to Jordan is quite similar for all countries) while Jordan's security situation is stable model in the region.

In fact, Global Economic Crises did not effect Jordan, since Jordan considered as a consuming country, therefore it becomes a new market which will open a new opportunities for producers and manufacturers in this spot of the world.

Medical Sector in Jordan:
The medical sector in Jordan is a very rapidly growing medical sector in the region. In the last ten years the medical sector facilities and services almost doubled.

The medical sector in Jordan can be divided into two sectors: the governmental and the private. In the governmental sector there is an increased pressure to continue improving and expanding the services they offer to the public and this is interpreted by increasing the governmental expenditure for the ministry of health.

The private sector is becoming a pioneer in the region. Using the latest technologies and devices in their hospitals, added to that the relative low cost of medical care compared with the neighboring countries, Jordan has become a regional center for medical tourism, with patients coming from all Arabic regions, and even Arabs living in the western countries, to have medical care in Jordan.
