He also took a two year post-graduate course at Prof. Brandao Lira's general surgery service in Santa Casa da Misericordia of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and three years training in Plastic Surgery at Prof. Ivo Pitanguy in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. The doctor is a member of the Dominican society of plastic surgery (SODOCIPRE), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), FILACP, CMD, IPRAS, AEXPI and A4M American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
