I'd like to share my recent experience with Richter's Dental Clinic where I recently received multiple dental implants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire pre-procedure process which was easy and efficient. The actual procedure was more comfortable than I expected and the results were fantastic. I was able to eat and drink normally within a short period after the procedure and returning home. The implants and crowns look and feel just like my natural teeth. I’m very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Richter's Dental Clinic to anyone seeking high-quality professional dental care services in Tbilisi. In addition the clinic is clean and modern and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and professional. Overall I had a great experience with Richter's and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality dental clinic.

antastic company great value I only needed one tooth doing after snapping it on hard chocolate and most companies in the Northwest wanted on average £4k and didn't really want to do only 1 tooth, so I had to look elsewhere for treatment. I was a little uneasy about going abroad for my dentistry and did quite a lot of research before putting my details out to companies in Turkey. Lots came back to me but the reason why I chose this company is because Pelin the lady who responded was not pushy, transparent, very patient with all my questions and prompt with the answers I needed. She didn't request money up front, gave me a very accurate breakdown of costs once I had sent xrays of what needed doing, then all I needed to do was book flights, I sent confirmation and immediately my accommodation was booked and confirmed. On arrival it was clear where to wait for my pre-paid taxi, ( you have to tell the boys at the sign who you are, they have your booking ), then you are guided to where your taxi is. It's an hour from the airport but doesn't take long. The hotel where they book you is nice, clean, comfy and the staff are very helpful.it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the clinic and easy to find. Treatment wise you have no worries, Pelin who was my consultant spoke very good English and was there to translate if needed, the doctors and assistants speak good English too but if they don't understand your questions Pelin was there the whole time to translate. They explain everything to you before going ahead, they were caring, gentle and clean which was a big tick. They gave me all the medication I needed which was antibiotics, pain relief and were on hand when I went back to the hotel if I needed them. I had the implant put in and had to wait 4 months before I could return for the abutement, fitting and finally the new tooth, again the booking process was easy, I stayed 4 days this time and it all went smoothly. I am very impressed with this company and can't recommend them highly enough, if you choose to have treatment here, honestly you have no worries about who is looking after you it is a purpose built clinic and very efficiently run, other companies book rooms in hospitals for your treatment but this is state of the art. I would like to thank all at Clinic Prime Istanbul especially Pelin, Alp and Ozlem for making what could have been a real nightmare, into something I am so happy I did.

The hospital is very clean and modern, and my hair transplant went exceptionally. Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

NEVER TRUST THEM THE WORST JOB DONE !!! After I mad 25 crowns with them and went back to the uk Pain never stopped couldn’t eat or drink couldn’t support any hot or cold water touching my tooth I was in pain killers for over 3 weeks They reserved my a new ticket to come back to fix the damages they made But even though they decided to make me 3 root canal for 3 tooth even though I had explained to them that the pain is in more than just 3 tooth I’m having pain in more than 7 or 8 tooth and needed to do root canal to all of them But they wanted to do the minimum work and send me back to the uk When they sold me the crowns to put on my teeth and take the money they said its 20 years garnered But its not even 6 months and they stopped to recognise the job done !!!!! Absolutely not professional clinic All they care about is to take the money . and I’m still suffering and in pain in every day without any solution and because they got me bake once to Istanbul without doing the full job They say NOW it’s psychological problem can you believe that !!! And when I tell them that the dentist in the uk Says that my tooth need to get the nerves out At this level to stop having pain which is something they should do but they didn’t because they just won’t to got the money and go to the new patient in the fastest time Without doing the job as it should be done or taking care of the person in pain They said that the English doctor are jealous And bad mouth as they lose money Because the Turkish doctor are better Can you believe that again !!!! I have all documents to prove my story and I’m putting some of the chatting between me and the brother of the owner of the clinic ( The manager of the clinic) With his picture and phone number on the chatting on WhatsApp The worst person you might deal with Or trust at all This clinic maybe use to be a good clinic in the past but now they are one of the worst ever and can’t be trusted as all they care about is your money and not your good health Now I will sue them as soon as I can and ask for a refund for the new cost for the damages the made me . And now I must go to another dental clinic to fix the damages they had done and don’t won’t to recognise. As it’s impossible to live with this pain for long NEVER TRUST THEM .. OR USE THEM BAD DENTISTS AND WORST CLINIC
