After visiting dr. sharmila explained entire process about the treatment plan. She was addressing all my needs patiently and the clinic has a great vibe to it and is very pleasant.

Visited secbad branch for a treatment. reasons I recommend are - doctor guided me to go through a natural process rather than a complex procedure which would have been a big expense - consulted other experienced doctors before drawing to conclusions which gives me more confidence to go ahead with the treatment. doctors who treated me are Shilpa and Sheethi. thank you.

A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.
