A never-ending nightmare for a small cosmetic issue. I had only a minor cosmetic issue with two slightly misaligned teeth. The initial quote was €1.200, but once I arrived at the clinic, they presented me with a bill for €1.600. At the time of the installation of the first aligner, I was informed that the treatment would last only 6 months. However, when I later contacted the manufacturer, I discovered that the treatment would actually take 20 months. I had to travel to Tirana three times: the first time for the mold of the aligners, the second time for the application, and the third time because the aligners hadn’t arrived yet. What a nightmare! They tried to send me the aligners by mail, but since they are medical devices without a CE mark, they weren’t compliant with European certification and were held up at customs in Brescia. Some of the aligners were defective, and despite my requests, the clinic never responded. I argued with Dr. Bessiana, who was arrogant and refused to finish the job. I had to turn to an Italian clinic to complete the treatment. I have screenshots of the communications that prove everything that happened.

I am still experiencing severe pain and extreme sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures as a direct result of the dental work I received at this clinic. Unable to endure the suffering any longer, I consulted a local specialist here in Morocco. I was absolutely devastated by the diagnosis. Because of the poor work done in Izmir, I now require immediate root canals for all of the teeth that are causing me pain. To perform these necessary medical procedures, the crowns that Westdent just placed have to be completely removed. The estimated cost to repair the damage they caused to my mouth? An additional €7,000. I have attached my official medical report and the €7,000 treatment estimate from my Moroccan doctor to this review as undeniable proof. This clinic did not just take our money; they severely compromised my health, left me in agonizing pain, and cost my family thousands in necessary medical repairs.
