After suffering from a severe opiate addiction since 2008, a friend of my family recommended Casa Santa Isabel. From the start, he was super responsive, spoke perfect English, and kept in touch through email and WhatsApp, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had a lipoma removed, and honestly, it couldn’t have been easier. Dr. José made me feel completely at ease—the procedure was quick, painless, and done right in the office within an hour. A special mention goes to Chef Puran, whose dedication genuinely stood out. He was extremely accommodating with the dietary needs of the attendant, ensuring bland meals were prepared exactly as requested. He also took the effort to personally visit the room to confirm that everything was suitable and comfortable, which was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about the hospital’s commitment to patient and caregiver wellbeing. I would also like to acknowledge the Floor Manager, Mr. Sajeed Sheikh, who was consistently attentive and reassuring. He took the time to personally check on the patient, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns with warmth and professionalism. Additionally, as we were leaving the hospital, staff member Sunita Harijan and Security personnel Dhanshree called us to let us know that a phone charger had been left behind. Since we were just at the gate, we went back and collected it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and prompt action.
