• IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

Conventional  In Vitro Fertilization or IVF, is used in infertility problems where other Intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatments were not effective, such as obstruction of the fallopian tubes and endometriosis in female patients.

In conventional IVF, the embryologist places the egg and the semen sample with thousands of sperm in a laboratory dish, looking for one of the sperm to enter the egg without external help.

For this, it is necessary that the spermatozoon have vitality and movement; after being in the incubator the resulting embryos are transferred to the mother's uterus and hopefully become a normal pregnancy.

After the fertilization, if it is required, this procedure allows the patient to choose the gender of the embryo

• Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

The ICSI  technique is used mainly in cases where the infertility is also of male origin. For this procedure, the embryologist makes a selection of the spermatozoon, to later introduce it inside the egg through a microinjector.

In the case of ICSI, high sperm quality is not required, since the sperm will be of great help to fertilize the egg, increasing its success rate. The pregnancy rate per treatment is comparable to the success rate of the classic IVF method, and that with often very limited quality of the sperm material.

After the fertilization, if it is required, this procedure allows the patient to choose the gender of the embryo

 Through this method, one of the mothers provides the eggs and their genetic material, which will be fertilized by a sample of sperm from a donor, in order to form the embryo. The second mother receives the embryo and carries it in her uterus until the end of the pregnancy.

This method provides the opportunity to experience the couple's motherhood from different angles, both being able to play a role in the process of achieving a pregnancy and having a baby at home.

 

• Fertility Preservation

• Laparoscopic Surgery

Laparoscopic gynecological surgery is a minimally invasive procedure, allowing surgical interventions with the minimal incisions possible in the patient.

This technique is performed with the aid of a laparoscope (tiny camera) inserted into the abdomen letting the surgeon see and operate on the pelvic organs without having to use a long incision.

• Hysteroscopy

It is used for examination of the inside of the womb (uterus). This procedure is performed using a hysteroscope ( narrow telescope equipped with a light and camera). 

This allows the surgeon or the doctor to have clear images in a monitor and have an efficient diagnosis of intrauterine pathology and fertility problems with any cuts or complex interventions in the patient.

 

• Panorama prenatal test

Panorama® is a genetic study of embryos. It helps our specialists to determine which embryos are aneuploid or the change in the number of chromosomes,  which can lead to genetic diseases; it can even help in choosing the sex of the embryo.

• Ovarian Rejuvenation
