毕业于首都医科大学，师从著名神经外科专家赵继宗，先后在北京铁路医院、北京普华国际医院神经外科工作。对脑动脉瘤、血管畸形、脑肿瘤等脑血管病及神经系统疾病具有丰富的诊治经验。在科研方面，承担了“血管内皮生长因子在胶质瘤中的表达”研究课题，成功探讨了血管内皮生长因子在胶质瘤不同层面表达的不同临床意义。多次参加神经外科专业学术会议，发表多篇论文。
