Eduardo Padilla is a committed Health Psychologist with a robust clinical background in the treatment of addictions, emotional trauma and cognitive disorders. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of La Laguna and a Master’s in General Health Psychology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, where he received advanced training in cognitive-behavioural therapy and third-wave psychological approaches.

Eduardo has worked in residential and outpatient settings, providing psychological support to adults with substance use disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions. His clinical experience includes working with older adults in cognitive stimulation programmes, as well as individuals facing severe mental health challenges and social vulnerability. He has also collaborated with specialised trauma institutes, where he contributed to the development of therapeutic resources and co-led individual and group therapy sessions.
