My partner paid €2,500 for a 2 week course. After 3 days they took him to candaleria hospital then sent him home saying for medical reasons which we have no idea what they were meant to be as we received no information as to why they took him and what treatment he received. They said he had mobility problems which he does have and I informed them of this on the questionnaire we had to complete. When he was checked into the centre they did no pre assessment and there was no contract signed. I have asked for a refund as they were the ones to send him home. He went there for help and they let him down. I have sent many emails and text messages which have all been ignored. I would advise that anyone thinking of going here reconsiders as they are not professional or trustworthy.

Revelia Recovery Center is an amazing place for anyone struggling with addiction. The staff are really professional and caring. Lautaro, the psychologist, is incredibly helpful and makes you feel supported through the whole process. Sergio, the monitor, is always there with the right motivation and a positive attitude. The atmosphere at the center is welcoming, and the team feels like a family — they’re kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely want to help. If you or someone you know needs support, I can’t recommend Revelia enough. It’s truly a life-changing place.
