Dr. Ugur Dikmen was born in Istanbul in 1965. Dr. Dikmen completed his general surgery specialization in Şişli Etfal Hospital between 1990 and1995 after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Ugur Dikmen worked in the General Surgery Department of American Hospital between 1995 and 1996. Then he continued his work in the Surgery Department of Acıbadem Etiler Policlinic until 1999.
