How to Select Providers Matching Patient Needs
Choosing the right provider starts with clear preferences and accurate information. By using the My Request feature properly, patients can narrow down options based on procedure type and travel destination, making the search process more efficient and targeted.
Login to PlacidWay Patient Portal using your registered email and password.
From your dashboard, click "My Request."
Here you can choose "New Request" to get started anew or continue follow up as in the lists available if you have already connect with Clinics or Hospitals you have chosen previously.
In the “Select a Treatment” column, choose the procedure that matches your medical needs.
In the “Search for Destination” column, select the city and country where you prefer to receive treatment.
In the “Select Providers” section, review the list of providers that match your chosen treatment and destination, then select the ones that best fit your expectations.
In the “Ask a Quote” section, write down any questions or concerns regarding your treatment to receive personalized assistance from the selected providers. Click “Next” to proceed.
You will be redirected to the Chat page, where you can send messages and schedule a Virtual Consultation directly with the providers.
