Understanding the Reports Feature

The Reports feature in the PlacidWay Provider Portal is designed to help medical providers monitor performance, patient engagement, and communication activity in one centralized dashboard. This Provider Reports section offers a clear overview of how your medical center interacts with potential patients over a selected period of time.

It tracks important metrics such as the number of RFIs (Requests for Information) received from patients and how your team responded through emails, messages, and voice calls. The report also includes appointment and virtual consultation statistics, showing how many consultations were scheduled via video or phone, how many were missed, and how many were successfully completed.

Overall, this reporting feature helps providers evaluate lead generation, communication activity, and consultation conversion performance, while also allowing the data to be exported as a CSV file for deeper analysis or internal reporting.
