I spent 7 weeks at The Beekeeper, and it was a truly life-changing experience. I went there to focus on my mental health and to learn a more holistic approach to healing, and I left feeling stronger both mentally and physically. The fitness team kept me motivated, the holistic team taught me so much about balance and mindfulness, and I was able to connect with my therapist and make some real progress. The support staff, nurses, and admin team were all incredibly kind and made me feel cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for everything I learned and for the people who helped me along the way.

The Beekeeper really helped me when I needed a reset and some help with the direction my life was going in. The psychologists were excellent and I learnt a lot over the 35 day stay I was there. The support and nursing staff were all very helpful and friendly. Also great food. I now understand a lot more about myself and have had a good revision course on all the tools I need in my box for life. Thailand was beautiful too, especially our visit to the elephants!
