I decided to go to Columbia for a stem cell treatment for Parkinson’s disease because Dr. Carlos Rojas read my medical history and pointed out a few things that I was not aware were on there. Other places I had researched gave me a price and never asked for medical history. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rojas and his team. I am just a month or so out of getting the stem cells. I saw an immediate improvement the day I received it. It was a minor thing to most, but a big deal to me. Before I went to Columbia. I could not turn over in bed at night. My body would freeze and my wife would have to physically/manually turn me from one side to another. Since the day I received the stem cells I have been able to toss and turn on my own. Doesn’t seem like much I know, but when you haven’t been able to do it for a while, it’s a big deal. I have also lowered some of the medication I take. In 2023 I decided to have a brow lift , upper blepharoplasty and revision rhinoplasty with Dr Arturo Valdez. To say that Dr Valdez is a brilliant surgical sculptor is an understatement. His expertise, attention to detail and ability to listen and understand exactly what I wanted was truly impressive. He is very professional , attentive and compassionate. My eyelids are no longer saggy, they look the same as they did when I was in my 30' s . My new nose is beautiful and very elegant looking ! And most importantly I am able to breathe properly now. Last year I decided to go back to Dr Valdez and get earlobe reduction surgery along with the removal of numerous cherry angiomas all over my body. Because of the dainty new earlobe shape my whole face has a more youthful appearance now.
