Weekend Wellness Retreat at Montevalle in Valle de Guadalupe

0:57Hello, how are you? I must say, I’m very pleasantly surprised and, above all, happy that we now have a resort and wellness center of this caliber here in the Valle de Guadalupe. It’s truly something very special, and I’d love for everyone to come and experience it.

1:15The facilities are top-notch in every respect; from the moment you arrive until the time you leave, you feel as though you are in a five-star setting. The spa is phenomenal, it begins with a consultation with a doctor who provides recommendations for treatments tailored to your specific needs, which we absolutely loved.

1:34We underwent some fantastic treatments such as infusions and we absolutely loved the hyperbaric chamber. Magnetotherapy, and all the other therapies some of which were new to us, while others were not worked wonders for us. They left us feeling rejuvenated and energized.

1:53The pool is also incredible, with a nice, warm jacuzzi—perfect for after all the treatments. The pool well, the whole property, actually is huge, great for walking around, and they even have bicycles available. The restaurant is divine, with an unbeatable view of the valley, honestly.

2:11The rooms are incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed is excellent, the hot water in the shower is available instantly in the morning simply fantastic and the towels, bathrobes, and slippers are delightful.

2:27The food at the restaurant deserves a special mention, the chef truly shines. Everything served here is organic, sourced directly from their own garden; it’s brought to the table immediately after being harvested, and it’s absolutely delicious. We never imagined our dinner would be this good it left us wanting more and the view from the restaurant is simply spectacular.

2:48We really enjoyed walking through all the gardens and experiencing the peace and tranquility that permeate this place. Coming here for a weekend is perfect, but I would love to stay for a full week to truly benefit from everything this place has to offer.
